Arrived 45 mins before appt was told to come back at appt time. Had to ring buzzer 3-4 times before receiving response. Started unloading immediately, everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful.

My drivers have been there 4 times in the last 2 weeks. 3 load arrived at 11pm and wasn't unloaded until 130pm the next day. Today's load 8-2 arrived @11pm and it is now 1131am and still no word on getting them unloaded mind you these are drop and hooks. Worst service I have ever encountered.PalletCo LLC.

Very slow loading, over 5 hours average and isn’t because they are short on employee or because Covic-19 , this place been like that for ever , I am adding a picture from the app I used to book loads you can see bad reviews are from 2019 until today 01/06/2022 this place need a new manager.

I have lived chips ahoy for years dipping them in milk is my thing. two weeks ago while enjoying my evening treat of nabisco chips ahoy I bit down on something in my milk drenched cookie. it cracked my crowned tooth. I am a person on food stamps and had to pull $ 1,690 out of my rent savings to get it fixed. later I heard there is plastic parts in their soft tubs of cookie dough. someone needs to tell them there's hard things in there chips ahoy too. I don't trust them any more.
