Mr Fries Man Ontario

Had the honey garlic steak and shrimp fries upon recommendation of the guy working the counter (his fave). I loved it, and great service - only one guy running the place at the time. I wish they had a diet soda option.

Feel obligated to warn others about this place. My husband ordered fries with chicken and bacon, and shortly after eating it, he became very ill that nearly had to go to the emergency room. It was the worst food poisoning.

We suspect that something in the food was contaminated or improperly handled especially given how quickly and intensely he got sick afterward. This was not a mild reaction.

I’m sharing this in the hopes of preventing others from going through the same thing. Please be cautious if you’re considering eating here.

My boyfriend and I both got food poisoning at this location…we had really great experiences prior to this and ate here often…but it’s not worth it after we found that they clearly don’t handle things properly (for reference we got the shrimp and crab fries). skip this place.

I got chicken wings they had no flavor the sauce did not help $30 on some nasty chicken. Garlic sauce

Cashier on June 11th was very rude and unprofessional when I asked a question about an order that I was placing will not recommend this place to friends n family.

Black guy with the beard terrible customer service . Keep the same professional energy and service with all customers and not discriminate because of age.

I’ve had this place twos days in a row lol… I have no complaints at all! There is so much flavor in both of the plates Ive had I doubt there is a plate I wouldn’t enjoy 😊 It’s fresh, I got my food really fast and the customer service was amazing. If you’re a load fry person I definitely recommend coming here

They have themselves listed as open till 12am and I ordered at 10pm on Uber eats they took my order and when my order was allegedly ready for pick up the location was closed . Not only did the accept the order they also claimed I picked up my order at 12:27 well after it's closing hours . If you order food from here you better be here in person. I didn't receive any food I didn't get a refund and Uber eats definitely didn't help with the issue as well.

Ate here for the first time tonight. Clean place and really great customer service. The food had a ton of flavor and was spectacular. Will 100% visit again! Got the honey garlic steak and shrimp and it was fantastic!!
