Had dinner earlier today and our server, Robert took great care of my family. We got to try some of their new dishes and my wife loved the enchiladas. Overall, we would come back as the price overall was decent And service was top notch.

I did an online order for this location & was very bummed at how poorly they did with my order. They forgot my drink so I had to go back in & ask for it. Everything was very messy & looked like it was just thrown in a container. They forgot to add some toppings for a dessert I got.

Ordered calicado benny, the yolks were over cooked and solid while the whites were runny and undercooked, and the hashbrowns were crispy on top and still cold and undercooked on the bottom. My companion ordered a grilled cheese with onion rings, cheese was cold and unmelted, with a perfect golden brown toasted bread, completely inedible. The onion rings needed salt, but were at least not uncooked like the rest of the meal. The waiter didn't really check in on us at all, so it's not like we could have sent the food back, he just disappeared. And the floor under the tables is in desperate need of a good scrub, it was really sticky, even close to the walkway where it would be easy to get a mop in, very unpleasant. I saw another guest served a drink in what they seemed to peg as a dirty glass, looked like a bit of soda syrup stuck to the glass.

I came in for lunch today. The hostess sat me down at a table and then I proceeded to wait there for my server to come and take my order and no one came to my table. Im not sure how long I waited but I im sure it was at least 10 min and no one came over to take my drink order or anything, I didnt even get acknowledged by any of the wait staff. So I got up and left. Your restaurant needs to do better.
