This place is awful, it took 10 minutes from being seated to taking our drink order. 30 minutes after being seated to deliver our drink order and to take our food order. Large party that arrived after us already received their food by the time we gave our food order. I watched the manager handling pancakes with his bare hands at the pass thru in the kitchen, then working the register without washing his hands. After receiving our order, we weren't offered syrup, hot sauce or refills of our drinks. I took the condiments off an empty table because our server ignored us the whole time. If you're a party of 2 or less, you will be ignored. This is the 2nd time it's happened to me, and I won't be going back. The manager needs to take a food handling course again because he is disgusting. Handling cash and food with his bare hands, didn't he realize the door to the kitchen is open?

Strangest Norms I’ve ever seen. Very modern (but cold!) interior. Food was way below par even for a Norms where my standards are pretty low. Ordered the t bone and eggs special. Forgiven (expected) low quality meat but it wasn’t even seasoned. Home fries also unseasoned and just tasted like cooking oil. Pancakes were decent, light. But their syrup is the poorest quality I’ve ever seen! It was actually a dark yellow, meaning it is corn syrup with maple flavoring. One server working the whole place. It wasn’t busy but looks like I got there after the breakfast rush as every table in the seating area that was empty was completely unbussed and the table I sat at the seats were filthy. Someone get that poor woman some help! No complaints on service tho. She was friendly and accommodating, but she really needs some support staff do the owners not care about things like this anymore????

The location was very short staffed (2 waitresses). It was not crowded but it It took almost 20 minutes to get our meal after we ordered. One of our party of 4 didn't get the pancakes she ordered until 10 minutes after the eggs and bacon. Unfortunately I've been to the other location and found the same problem..short staffed and slow service.
My husband and I, Order a sirloin steak and it horrible the whole meal was cold. The only one thing that it was editable was the salad ? do not recommended.

Worst place to go they took over 40mns to serve 1 soup 1 sample 1 fish & chips ....... They brought me the soup & the food was brought late so I had to wait for my kids food before I touched mine and by the time they brought the food my soup was cold it was a horrible experience never again.
