Nothing Bundt Cakes

Came for my birthday reward. The franchised owner welcomed me but, told me I had to change my preferred bakery through the online browser not app to receive my birthday reward of course I forgot my password on the spot and was forced to pay and use my reward point instead of my birthday reward. Ive never had this issue at Day creek location. Will not be back.

This location is so sweet and kind!!! Literally walked in to make an order & they were so fast!!! Other locations usually tell me they cant decorate.... thanks again for great customer service

All around great experience. While picking up my cake, my 7 year old, who’s on the spectrum, was having a tantrum and management was SO kind and patient. They asked me if I needed anything and even gave my son a balloon! If I ever am in need of a cake, I know where to go!

I came in to grab a bundtlet the other day. While I was there, another customer had their pickup order mixed up with someone else's, resulting in a small wait to get him the correct order. I could hear the managers yelling at an employee in the back for the mistake in a way that was genuinely abusive and outrageous. The employee came back out a few minutes later to help me, wiping tears from her eyes. I don't care how good the cake is here -- I am not coming back because of what I witnessed over a small mistake. Keep treating your employees like that in front of customers and you won't be getting much business soon. Extremely upsetting and frankly, uncomfortable to witness.

Stopped by and was pleased to see they are officially open! Larry & Angel helped gather my order. Their service was delightful. Excited to have them nearby as I order from them regularly for business and personal events!

I came here the 1st day they opened, the owner greeted us (he was very nice). When I found out NBC was going in here, I was so happy & excited. Before, I had to drive to the Rancho location.
I love all the flavors, but my fav is red velvet. The bundt cakes are always moist, and I can't say that I've ever had a bad experience at NBC.

This is the perfect place for bakery’s. My wife took me here and it is delicious. We ordered a cake and everyone liked it. Recommended to any one looking for pastries.
