I recently ordered a meal from Panda, and I have to say, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. Although the portion size of the chow mein was plentiful, I found the flavor to be lacking and a bit bland. It didn’t have the rich, savory taste I had hoped for, which was frustrating.
This experience reflects a trend I've been noticing across several restaurants and fast food establishments lately. It seems that many places have raised their prices, which makes it even more disappointing when the food quality doesn't meet expectations. Instead of the vibrant, fresh flavors one anticipates, there’s a sense that the quality is slipping. It’s disheartening when you look forward to a delicious meal and end up feeling let down.

I usually go to this location but was left disappointed today. Literally just went thru the drive thru and ordered the plate with sesame chicken and broccoli beef and I kid you not when I say they put 3 of the tiniest pieces of chicken and all peppers and green beans. Honestly would rather wait for a new batch than get home to this. I dug thru it and those little pieces are all the chicken in there.

Don’t order catering here. I spend hundreds of dollars and they completely forgot about my order. They had no idea what I was there for when I went to pick it up even though I had made the order in the store just days earlier. I complained to corporate and they have done absolutely nothing. I’d give zero stars if possible.

This is the best Panda l've been to, they have the best employees who are friendly and feel like home service! The food quality never let me down either, it's my favorite location and they never messed up my order. I am a panda fan, I eat Panda twice a week and I highly recommend this location.

I ordered beef and broccoli and chicken breast and beans, and shrimp to pickup. When I got home and opened the box , I was really disappointed. They put only tiny 3 pieces beef and little pieces of chicken breast for the order. It looked like I ordered vegetarians dish. I was disappointed and upset. I will never go to the area again.

Says open at 9am but the food isn’t ready to be served until 10am. Multiple times I’ve left work to come here on order pick up time only to be told I have to wait 30 minutes for some items that aren’t ready yet. Overall the workers and food is great, but it’s just a great annoyance wasting time driving there when my food isn’t ready on pick up time.
