The food is in but cheap quality food. It could be less greasy but I guess is like junk food. But is still good affordable comfort food.

The employees were friendly because they showed the accuracy of my order and the food was delicious! I ordered a Honey Sesame Chicken Breast bowl with Chow Mein (both my favorite) and a new apple pie egg roll and I was really enjoying eating both. Despite the high price in the mall, it was worth my money to pay for it!

The employees don't get along. They were overheard arguing on who went to the restroom first. As a result, the server ended up not providing good customer service. I asked why my "bowl" didn't have enough shrimp (3-4) and was filled 1/2 way, she rudely responded that I needed to purchase a side. I explained that I felt that they didn't add enough and she rolled her eyes at me. This has been by far the worse experience. I wouldn't recommend it here.

The rudest staff I ever seen in my life.It was almost closing I went with my son to eat at PE, there was 1 order portion available as last order. I turned to my 9 yrs old son to ask him if it's ok to order that last order.UNFORTUNATELY, OUT OF NO WHERE WITH A RUDE AND IMPOLITE ACT BY ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES FROM THE BACK KITCHEN, CAME AND TOOK THE FOOD & PUT IT IN A PLATE AND LEFT. I was shocked for this action like he haven't seen food for years this stupid employee, he just took a 9 yrs old kid order with no respect whatsoever. I asked the girl on the counter how come he did that? I was going to order that portion for my son, how come you do that? She replied, he's an employee here & he can do whatever he wants.I will never ever eat at PE in my whole life.

We ordered two plates for delivery, and both had Beijing Beef as one of the entrees. Both plates showed up with NO Beijing Beef and only ONE entree despite purchasing PLATES! They literally stole our money. Avoid like the plague.

You can’t go wrong with Panda Express food ?. Kung pao ckn and the teriyaki ckn is delicious.While waiting in line I notice that they where 3 people working but only one person was doing all the work serving and chasing people out while the other two employees where chitchatting in the back and even one was on his phone. Liliana was the one that was keeping everything going smooth, she did asked the other employees for help and they both ignored her. While the line kept in getting longer and longer. About after 15 minutes I had my food.

I use Panda Express all the time. Most are probably 3-4 stars. This one in the Ontario Mills Mall is Horrible. High prices very small portions and the food looked and tasted stale. The staff is slow. The male cashier was particularly dim witted. He couldn't even put through a Panda Express gift card and relented to a much younger woman employee. I should have picked better at the food court. I will next time. PANDA EXPESS ONTARIO MILLS FOOD COURT NEVER AGAIN

Terrible experience with Dennis the manager and cashier! Dennis served me two item plate. First, skimped on noodles. Says this was standard portion. Next, they no longer serve my favorite Beijing beef but also do not allow sampling. Suggested another beef plate but neglected to say there was an upcharge. Cashier upset when questioned why bill so high. Poor customer service skills. I refused order. Worst treatment ever by Panda Express. Seems like the person charging was not happy to be there, asked for ice for the warm apple juice then asked for utensils. She said they were in the bag, I couldn't find them so I asked again and she threw them in the bag.
