We were very excited to come here as a family for our first Valentine's Day together. However service and food was below expectations this time. Me & my wife waited a good 30-40mins for a high chair for our toddler. By the time our food finally arrived (after a drink and appetizers) we still didn't have a chair for our son to sit so that we could enjoy our food. I had to eventually walk back to the front and ask the hostess a 3rd time for one. So once it finally arrived and our son was now comfortable, we were able to eat our COLD dinner... only thing that was actually still warm was the rice. Very disappointed on how our dinner came out, wish you guys can do a bit better next time.

The food was delicious! But I can't say the same about our service. Our server didn't offer us the complimentary rice that comes with the Cashew Chicken, & didn't offer us dessert. When we asked for dessert, it only came with one spoon. My husband mentioned my birthday when he made the reservation & it wasn't recognized. With all the things forgotten, we forgot to tip!!!!

My wife and I love this place. Food is delicious, service is great and the ambiance is beautiful. It's always packed. Ceasar and Alex our waiter/waitress were so accommodating and thoughtful. We had a party of 5 and were taken care of. Whenever we go to Ontario that's out to go place. Definitely recommend this experience!

The food was delicious however a bit pricey. Our party of 4 bill was $300! The service was somewhat lacking initially. The waiters seemed too busy to focus on us and no one wears name tags. My star rating would be higher if the service had been better.
