This was a $40 meal after delivery from this location.

I can't eat at Papa John's Pizza. The first and maybe even the second time u eat there you blame it on yourself, but when you get sick every time u eat there, more then 7 or 8, then most of that blame belongs to them.

Great customer service, the young man who checked me out was nice and professional. My only concern was that’s it’s extremely hot, I was uncomfortable just standing there. Management please turn on the A/C for those kids.

Bought 2 pizzas and bread sticks from here, the Pizzas and bread sticks are really bland, not even the marinara sauce or garlic sauce could save the meal. Pricing also isn’t very reasonable. I’ve been going to the double or nothing on Vineyard for 10 years and decided to try out Papa John’s for the first time, big mistake.

Ordered a pizza on Christmas Day . Was said to be delivered in my garage ...nobody ever found it . They said they would credit the pizza and never did . The store manager on nights lied about adding a credit and the call center was useless to help with the situation as well. Do not order from this location

Terrible customer service, manager Demara could not help solve any issue, she could not provide not one solution. The manager Roman never called me to correct any mistakes with my order. I gave them 3 attempts to get my order right and they could not. The last attempt I waited 2 hours for delivery and my order never came. I strongly recommend not to order from this location.

Not what I expected and when asked to re-do out order they refused even more disappointed.
The pizzas are very good with all ingredients pepperoni, mushrooms, green chili, sausage and there are salads, papadias, potato bowls, they have a great variety of food for all those who like pizza.

Simple issue that couldn't be resolved. Ordered a 2 liter. It wasn't delivered. Called the store spoke to Manager on Duty and was only offered a store credit for the future. Asked for a simple refund since the product and service was not provided and told they could not assist. Told I wanted a delivery of the product I paid for and was told they couldn't because it's outsourced through door dash and their fault. UNACEPPTABLE! What has happened to resolving an issue with a resolution and providing basic customer service? Writing this review ONLY on the principal and not that I care about the $3.

Placed an order at 10:15 and headed to the store, when I got there it said my order was cancelled and when I went to go inside the store was closed even though it says they close at 11.

Horrible papa John’s ? can’t even get an order right and everyone acts like they don’t see any customers coming in . Food taste like plastic and cardboard, I only went here because i just got off work and it was a last min thing , wait 20 mins for a 10 piece chicken nuggets and some brownies if could rate 0 I would ! Don’t recommend
