Especially the horrible shower head placement. Water goes over the entire shower room. It’s every location, and it’s sickening.

I'm a busy OTR Team driver, and 98% of my team's showers no matter where I go are free because of how often we fuel up. Today was the rare occasion where I had to wait 18 hours for a load nearby and I didn't happen to have an Ultra One Credit, but I thought I'll just pay $18 of my hard earned money out of pocket and the co-driver will be free just like when I use an ultra one credit for a shower credit and show it to the cashier. Turns out that wasn't the case and I was charged $36 for a team shower, the cashier was trying to explain why I had to pay $36 since I didn't use an Ultra One Credit (which apparently is worth more than $18 cash) to Purchase my shower, and couldn't understand why the policy is illogical stupid and just bad business, BECAUSE IF I MY TEAM IS IN NEED OF A SHOWER WE'LL DRIVE A LITTLE FURTHER TO A TRUCK STOP WHERE IT'S FREE AND ALL THE RESTAURANTS AND THE CONVENIENCE STORE INSIDE WILL BE GETTING OUR BUSINESS IN THE FUTURE!!!

The way their type of parking works is that a crime gang forces the truckstop or otherwise manipulate them (sometimes through an insider) to allow them to run the parking gate and take payment. The big company that own the gate + payment system do not want to participate in crime and turn the system off, that is why the gate is open and that is why they only take cash. Do nor pay, just exit (assuming the gate is open).

Forgot I was in California… after paying $30 to park at a truck stop I’m not coming back anywhere near here. I’ll stick to the Midwest where I can park my truck for free.

I've been parking here for 2 years when I'm in California. Yes there is a $30/24 hr parking fee - before you could use your Receipts up to $50 for a Free night. This Petro is the Only Petro in the USA that charges $30 to park, everywhere else is affordable. This place keeps changing the parking policy - only Truckers are allowed to use receipts to get free parking. Otherwise it's $30 to park. This place is making a Killing off parking fees. They just got my last dollar that I'll ever spend in that store and the TA across the street. I hope this goes viral and no one pays to park there at all. The truckers will and is understandable but seriously, has California as a whole went Communist ?

For the far most. I really like this TA most of the people are friendly. The one problem I do have is in the store. Restaurant area went into the restroom. And it was the worst restroom. I had ever been in. It smelled awful all the toilets were dirty. And then the cleaning lady came in and told everybody that they had 5 minutes to she could clean the restroom. How can you put a time on using the restroom? It should have been cleaned regularly. And why isn't the restroom at the fuel desk? In the same shape, it is one of the cleanest. I have ever been in but the store is one of the worst Bruce. I refuse to go into that store or restroom.

Your hot food was disgusting the grits was tasteless smelled like throw up and was chunky that was nasty my instant grits are way better than this
Please don’t drop your truck or trailer in the parking lot if do they will tow it away and they will charge you more than $2k and towing company are wired they will ask you for non existing documents ? good luck trying to get your trailer back

Hello, I stop buy and get breakfast to go at iron skillet restaurant at this travel center and when I stop to pick up my load ready to eat I find out that food was purity bad, I dig on it to find good spot to eat some and guess what I find a lag or horn from spider or cucaracha you can see on the front of the forks in the picture, be awaer drivers no get seek or poison‼️I try to call to reported and get my money back but no one ensure the phone.????

Just had breakfast and had the worst service I've ever had at the restaurant. I ordered the most simple meal : eggs, toast, ham and tomates.. only part that didn't get lost was the coffee. I sat there for over an hour while everyone around me me got their meal. Good thing i wasn't in a hurry. They didn't try to make it right by offering a discount or even concerned that that it was lost. We have been dining here for more than 6 years. Very disappointed in the service.
