“The only issues we have with Pizza Hut is the turnaround time and the Rewards. I think you should quote slightly longer times because whatever time is quoted is never enough. Please consider saying each order will be ready in 20 minutes or longer depending on the order. The other issue is it takes so long to get enough points in rewards to get a reward we care about, Maybe have more levels and more items available.“
