Yeah the manager is rude and lazy, go to any other nearby store for better service and communication on order statuses. Dude who is training, find a different job asap before you get turned into a negative person like her.

Bought an xl pizza, extra cheese, and 4 other toppings. Skimpy on the toppings and no cheese pull. For 5 toppings I expected the pizza jamed with toppings but it was not. Extra charge for pan cooked, no dip, no parmesan cheese, no red flakes, no plates and I still gave them a tip for a puck up. :/

I'll admit, I had sworn off the ontario location, However they have a new manager now and I have to say she's doing a great job, the store was clean, the food was tasty and the extra cheese I was talked into was totally worth it. I will be coming back soon, keep it up pizza hut!

Bad service ever had I ordered online for just a pizza coming in at the store they were charging 40.52 bucks for pizza and bread sticks and pasta which I didn't order I just wanted a pizza..I still paid 30 bucks for just a pizza didn't even leave the place I go back to ask for a refund and they didn't want to give my money back cause I know for they were charging for something cause usually I'll a large pizza with breads stick okay that's 30 bucks understandable but for just one pizza 30 bucks no so I wanted my money back and they didn't want to give my money back cause it was gonna miss up the count like really I was a manager before I know how it's done and what you can do they were being rude telling they can't give me back my money or even call their manager cause it's late and she's sleep ummm I don't care a manager is a manager they should answer no what time it is and ask I to give the manager number and they said they couldn't and that I have to wait until tomorrow for my money if I end up getting it wtf if I don't get it back I'll be back with the police
We had gotten the Big Dinner Box and we when I had gotten home I saw that we were missing the bread sticks I had called to see if we can get them or we could be compensated. The women on the phone I don’t know if she was manger was very rude and When I asked if we can go back and get them she said we don’t do refund and she was gonna charge us a 5 dollar fee for something they had forgotten to give us. Horrible customer service that lady was extremely rude to us and when she had first answered the phone she already sounded mad. I have been coming here for years and have never been treated this way.

This location is very slow.. Guests we're not greeted when they entered the business. Normally There's only 1 employee.. Today it was 2. Online order Was not received until 10 minutes after it was stated that it was ready. The sauce on the pizzas are minuscule Amount. I was told by one of the employees that they put the sauce on the crust before the pizzas even ordered. That way they can quickly make The pizzas When orders come in. What kind of crap is that. This location sucks.!! My friend and I are very disappointed.

I placed an order for 1 large supreme pizza and 8 piece boneless wings for my hungry father, and I never received my delivery. I placed my order at 6:30pm and that the delivery was going to arrive at 7pm. I waited an extra 20 mins pass 7pm and still no delivery. I decided to give a call to see why it was taking so long and was told that my order was delivered 20 mins ago. Pizza Hut no longer delivers, and a 3rd party (Door Dash) was taking over Pizza Hut deliveries. Unfortunately, I never received my order. I had called numerous times, but my call wouldn't get through. I was finally able to get a hold of someone and requested a refund on my order that never arrived. I spoke to Jason on the phone, and he was very understanding and kind. My refund is still pending, and I was told it will take 3 days. This was a horrible experience overall!
