Zero Stars! These reviews are fake!Go on Yelp and see the real reviews of ALMA the Manager!!Alma is RUDE & unprofessional, she needs to be FIRED!! I reported her to Pizza Hut management for being rude and disrespectful. She's a lazy old lady and does not want to take orders. If you order via DoorDash or Uber she will cancel your order just because “she's the boss.” She’s under investigation by DoorDash and Pizza Hut Head Management. I'll make sure she gets fired for disrespecting me and other customers. Alma please change your attitude or quit your job. :)

Gavin is a very good hard worker. I walk in to order a pizza to go, and Gavin is there taking an order then he takes mine. Then he runs to that back and makes pizzas and runs back to the front to give pizzas to other customers that have ordered.For this guy to be on his own and running the whole store,That really impressed me.He has also very customer service friendlyattitude.A very good hard worker. ? ?

Tonight I got on my app and seen I had points to redeem. Being that I’ve spent so much money with them in the past. However I redeemed my points for one pizza and ordered a second to pay for, I got to the restaurant and they were only trying to give me the one I was paying for and not the free one my rewards covered. The manager was no help non whatsoever! I showed her proof because clearly my points were deducted from my account! She did nothing! She couldn’t even give me the number to customer support! I stopped eating Pizza Hut because of this same store! From the time I’ve been in Ontario it has been a horrible experience every single time! From hours wait time to nasty pizza to unprofessionalism. I would have assumed I would have got more assistance, I had proof, but instead they treated me like I was trying to run a scam! I left the store with no pizza, reward points gone, and 5 hungry kids! Im beyond disappointed

So yesterday I rated pizza hut 1 star because my pizzas were thin. The manager at 715 N Euclid ave in ontario called me today offering me a free large pizza for the inconvenience and wanted to make my experience next more enjoyable. That shock me. I really appreciate her calling me just to acknowledge my review. Alot of fast food places like McDonald's hint hint need there employees to be like Alma. ( sorry if I got your name wrong) it's not the free pizza but it's the fact that she (pizza hut manager) took time out of her schedule to call me. That's EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I'LL BE BACK AGAIN JUST BECAUSE OF HER!!!!

Wish they could extend it to weekends.Vegetarian options: Great selection.Dietary restrictions: Just keep away from the salty and sweet salad dressings and croutons.Parking: First come, first serve.Kid-friendliness: There's a room that have electronic games for the kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space.

Well first they can't find my order second my order was by 4;15 but it's wasn't ready until 4:35 I place my order at 2
This, Pizza Hut on Euclid and Ontario California. is so rude Messed up on my order. The delivery person dropped my food when he handed it to me call the restaurant and the manager Alma was so rude. I asked them can they replaced my order they wanted me to pay extra money I asked, can I get credit for my order? She wouldn’t even give me that my order. came up to 30 something dollars I would never order from them again they get zero stars for me
Lately there app is not up to date telling me my pizza is ready I pull up to pick it up talking about it will take another 10 mins because it’s delay . I understand you guys being busy but why the app telling me to pull up is not even ready then I ask how long more 10 mins then another 10 mins. So annoying. I hate that I had to wait 20 mins after the app told me my pizza was ready . The point is not to wait nd I still had to wait . Pizz hut fix ur app

The manager Alma is the rudest person on the planet, never encountered someone who works in customer service with an attitude like hers. I was sent the wrong item and tried to get them to send me what I ordered and she refused. instead she was trying to convince me the wrong item is what I ordered. She should not be working in customer service period!
WORST PIZZA HUT SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. wish i could give it 0 stars. ordered half cheese half mushroom pizza for pick up. as im driving home i realized my pizza was PEPPERONI, went back, told the "manager" the order was wrong and she got upset with me like i did it. argued me down that she heard me say pepperoni MY FAMILY IS MUSLIM the word pepperoni would never come out my mouth. she proceeded to tell me "dont tell me what i heard" lost her damn mind NEVER going back. FIRE HER !
