I have come to this location twice, the gentleman (i didn’t get his name, but he has really nice curly hair!) helped me both times & he has excellent service! My pizza was hot and delicious both times, I really appreciate that! He was so kind with getting my order ready! Hes doing a phenomenal job :) give him a raise!!!!

This is the best Pizza Hut I’ve dealt with in a long time. This Pizza Hut CONSISTENTLY serves great pizza, always fresh and they actually put extra cheese when you pay for it. Excellent service.

Food is always good but service is bad. I came in to pick up my pizza past my pick up time and the cashier was helping someone. She didn't ask me if I needed help, she didn't even greet me or look at me. She just walked away. I sat and waited for five minutes til someone else came and asked if I had been helped.

Hate the way they deliver I live less than a block and watch online when it is out for delivery it always takes them 20 plus minutes to get it to my house. I just odered today and never received my pizza so i called and the manager was very rude and tried to make it my problem that it was not delivered and it is on them

After an extremely long day of moving, I ordered a pizza on the Pizza Hut website. It never arrived - evidently, Pizza Hut now uses DoorDash for delivery. Pizza Hut didn't provide DoorDash with my apartment number. So the guy couldn't find me. He texted me once in Spanish. I immediately responded with my apartment number, and then tried several times to call and text again. He never responded and never showed up. I called PH Ontario, spoke with a young woman who did say she would issue a refund, but she couldn't provide any kind of confirmation number for the refund, only that the money would go back in a day or two. I can't speak to the taste of their product as I never received it.
Got a my hut box for like 10 bucks and it was delicious. They took forever to make it though. It seemed like they took forever to do anything.

Never ordered but called the number google had listed for the local store, sounded like the call routed to a third party foreign call center. Lady on the phone sounded like she was sitting in a cubicle answering questions. I wanted to verify info on the website to be accurate, she said one moment while I look that up. You know, if you were in the store you would have known that. So is there where we're at when ordering a pizza from a local place?

Pizza Hut has been my favorite pizza since 1986. The 1st time I had this pizza, it was in a restaurant on Del Amo Blvd. A few years back, I had another delicious pizza in Kansas, but now this is the 2nd time I order from this location, and I have 2 questions: A. Where is the cheese ?? B. Where is the flavor?
