I experienced the ridiculously high wait time tonight. My pizza (I paid for online) had been ready 10 minutes prior to getting there but i still ended up waiting for about 30 minutes after arriving because the person who was supposed to be taking orders was in the back way more than they were in the front. Maybe they are understaffed (there were at least 2 dedicated people in the back and the third person who was supposed to be handling the front). But the worst part is when i got my pizzas, i found that they didn't even get the order right. It had some of the toppings but it was missing a few like olives and tomatoes. But because I waited so long to get it, and the line was so long of other people waiting, I just took it to not cause anymore delays for others.

Food was to be delivered by a third party. Called Pizza Hut to see where my order was Whoever answered the phone on 11/8 @630 was very rude and did not care my food was over 40 minutes late and not yet delivered. Told me he was gonna trespass me if I came up there and was banned from their location because I told him he acted like he didn’t care what was going on. I requested a refund. Told him I was going to come to re order and I was told he would call the police. Really So dissatisfied. All because I wanted my order.

Many times that this had happened. I went to pick up my online order and their employees would just tell me to wait while they are doing other things. I had waited 5 or more minutes while it would only took seconds for them to hang me my pizza. My orders were ready.

Service was good, pizza a little bit more greasy than usual then they charge 1.00 for a small jar of parmesan cheese .what happened to complimentary little packs Everything is money money money especially since I paid 22.00 bucks for a medium damn

Just wanted to share the great service the team on Tuesday provided given the situation they were in. I arrived for my scheduled pick up and was met with about 10-15 other people also waiting for their orders. There was apparently a very large order before and caused some delays plus it was the $2 Tuesday deal. Nonetheless, the team kept working hard and handing out orders. It was a tough situation but they just kept at it. Really appreciate the hard work to keep going even while all the hungry (and kind of angry) people were waiting. Thank you!!

Husband and I ordered the $35.99 meal deal with two mediums and wings and breadsticks and one of the pizzas was suppose to be buffalo chicken and kids opened them in front of me and showed me and I said ok thinking pizza was fine because of the banana peppers and when I got home I realized there was litterally no chicken in it.. why did we pay extra for no chicken. I’m Muslim and I can only eat meat that’s not pork and that was pretty upsetting cause I got there and on screen as well said order is ready and it clearly wasn’t I still had to wait five minutes for them to finish making and cutting it.. I love Pizza Hut and hate to give u a crappy review but hopefully u guys do better next time. The pizza though also taste old and dry honestly like as if made awhile ago and just re warmed it up. Very dry and not fresh crispy like old crispy..

Walked in, told the cashier i’ll be ready in one minute. He nodded his head and went to go make pizzas. I stood directly in front of the register to let him know im ready while he has a view of me while making pizzas, then i said ok im ready now, he acted like he didnt hear me finished putting the toppings on the pizza he was making then put it in the oven, looked at me then walked to the fridge to grab another pizza and proceeded to make another one without acknowledging me. I stood for a couple more minutes with him knowing im at the register, btw there were about at least 2 other team members at the store, but they were kind of busy , So i waited couple more minutes then walked out. I think they should pay a little more attention to the customers that walk in, This was my first & last visit to this particular location
