Double or Nothin Pizza - Ontario, CA

I had double or nothing before and I'm getting a pizza for 16$ and been worse than getting a frozen pizza, it suxks, I'm not the one to post, buy i had double nothing before, this was the worse pizza I've ever had. They are still pizzaronni, they changed the name but not ingredients, I would not recommend it to anyone, honestly, I like helping small businesses but buy changing your name to a high standards company and lowering its quality, is just wrong, save your money and buy a frozen pizza, I would not post if it wasn't the worst pizza I ever had

This location is NOT the good quality i expect from the other locations. Crust was dry and crunchy, the pepperoni did not crisp on the edges like the other locations do, and the sausage was like dry pebbles instead of the usually meaty chunks. The cheese is not the typical double or nothin' style either. Make the drive to the other locations instead (chino/montclair/corona). Will never come here again.

AND they have a SERVICE CHARGE!? pffft. receipt still says Vitos Pizza, no wonder they failed. the pizza is terrible!

I love the sausage and pepperoni pizza and potato wedges and sausage and pepperoni calzone are extreme delicious and yummy food🧀🍕🥖🍕🍕🍕

The pizza is good I will not complain but the women answering the phone just loves to hang up in the middle of the conversation. I called to place an order, based on their flyer menu (Philly cheesesteak) pizza. Raul, the man that initially answered did not understand me so he gave the call to the women, where she states that I was calling the wrong place so I told her that I am going based on the flyer menu they have. She covers the phone and I can hear her speaking in Spanish and hangs up on me. I called back and asked her why she hung up on me that I am a customer and that is rude, she goes on by responding, I kept saying hello! No! You hung up on me and that isn’t the first time…during the World Series the same women kept answering the phone “hello” and then hanging up! I understand if you’re busy but please learn some manners you have a job because of customers. If you don’t want to be there or you hate your job look elsewhere because “YOU” always have an attitude with ALL the customers!
I apologize for going off on someone that works at a restaurant and is a server but she honestly pushed the wrong button today! She is rude on the phone and she is rude when you pick up the pizza and you know who you are!

The service staff at the front desk has a bad attitude. This is the worst person I have ever met. I can't figure out why she treats customers like this, Is there a client coming to bore her? If that's true, then why does she still work here?

I only been living in Ontario for literally five years and I just recently tried it. We were surprised on how delicious it tasted. Highly recommend.

It was my first time trying this place, and overall, it was a good ? experience. There was a deal of a large pizza school promotion of $ 7.49. I added extra sauce with pepperoni & sausage. It tasted pretty good and fresh out of the oven. I will definitely try again. My overall score is 3 stars ?.
