I’ve been a regular at Players and usually enjoy the atmosphere, but after my recent experience I’m really disappointed.
On a previous visit I had trouble ordering drinks from the bartender Sil. After waiting and feeling ignored, I left and came back later around 1:15 AM. I tried to order again at about 1:20 AM but was told no because they had stopped serving early. I voiced my frustration at the time but remained respectful.
When I returned a few days later the bartender Sil informed me she would no longer serve me, clearly retaliating because I had previously spoken up about poor service. This was not only unprofessional but completely unfair. I believe customers should be treated with respect even when they offer honest feedback.
Unfortunately, after years of coming here this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Players needs to ensure all customers are treated fairly and that personal relationships or feelings don’t interfere with the basic expectation of good service. I reached out to the owner Cherise but never received a response, likely because the bartender in question is a close friend of hers....

Atmosphere is ok, lots of pool tables to play on. Most of the bar tenders are cool but there are one or two that don't provide good service. Happy hour specials are pretty good. Foods ok.

Had an amazing first time experience here. Pool tables are built to roll the balls back to you. Inside there is a bar, ATM, and a machine that turns bills to coins. When I went, they were closing at 2am, which gave us plenty of time to play 5 rounds.

Horrible place. If you’re looking to get harassed by Angela you should go. She gives you a free bloody car wash with her used tampon and spits on peoples cars.
