I spent nearly $60 to get chicken and sides. None of the food was warm or hot, and after a while my chicken tenders were more like lizard jerky. I don't think it's the fault of the people that work there because they are doing their job the best they can.. something is just falling apart I don't think it's just this Popeyes I think it's all Popeyes franchises

Got food poisoning from this location 1-9-2026 around 9:30am I ordered boneless wings with garlic Parmesan and a chicken sandwich Hit me within a couple hours It’s currently Monday and I’m barely recovering

Terrible service. Staff is rude and they do not have people skills. We spent $75 for a chicken tenders meal. First they said we don't have enough tenders, we have to drop more in the fryer. Okay no problem, she said we could have all the fresh since we had to wait. We got the tenders that laid there for who knows how long and watched her put 4 pcs in the box. Some of the tenders were only about 4 inches long. The biscuits were horrible, so dry and hard like they were yesterday's. The cole slaw was to be a large, the container was half full. Her response was, it's pe packaged, didn't even offer to give us another one. We also ordered 2 strawberry pies, they said they only had one and didn't offer to make more. Meanwhile for the length of time we waited for our food they could have made more. We also had to wait for the Mac and cheese to come out of the oven. If they don't like their job they need to go somewhere else or maybe they need adult supervision. I've been in food service for a very long time and they would not have made it for me. Will not come to this location ever again.
