Usually come here during my lunch and i know there’s a little it of a wait time at times. So i decided to order before heading out to lunch i get there im noticing im down to 18 minutes left girl finally comes to register. I sayid i placed a phone order tells me how much it’ll be i say is it ready. She says it’ll be out shortly. I told to just forget it and i walked out. How was my drink not ready after Almost 15 minutes later. Don’t think I’ll be coming back.

The most nasty Jasmine milk tea from R& B. The tea has a strong jasmine with plastic and soap after taste.

Really nice spot. I ordered a special combination pho whit a dragon fruit tea.

I've been to this spot multiple times. But I haven't been here in a while and they always amaze me because they have new item on their menu! Always a great experience and very sweet staff!!

Hidden gem. So many drink options it was almost overwhelming. Service was excellent. Many food options. Tons of seating! I tried Oreo milk tea which was perfect!

Super cute place and friendly staff. The drinks are fairly priced and they have some food items as well. Lots of places to sit and enjoy your drink

Best place to get Boba near the mall

Stopped by this spot for boba on a Saturday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised, no wait time at all! We ordered the Vietnamese coffee with boba and the honey green milk tea, both of which were delicious. To top it off, we got a vanilla puffle waffle with a side of cream cheese, which turned out to be the perfect combo. The cream cheese added just the right touch of richness to the waffle. Everything hit the spot, and I’ll definitely be back soon, gotta rack up those stamps for a free drink!

Disappointed! Strawberry matcha tastes more like plain milk, not sweet or matcha flavor :(

The mangonada was delicious! The salted Egg yolk buns were so good. The vibe is super cute and relaxing. Adorable decorations throughout.

The atmosphere is cute! We got a fruit tea with lychee popping boba (the best popping boba I've ever had)
And my husband got the roasted oolong with boba and he said it was also Delicious.
We also had the sticky rice in lotus leaf and that was a dish I had never had before and I loved it!
We walked from a truck stop and it was so worth it. I will definitely come back!
