The restaurant is tired and needs to be freshened up! It was half empty all night on a Friday night. Something is wrong with that. It took us, from the time we got seated until the first plate hit the table, and hour fifteen. We were an 8 top. Took a solid 15 before we got drinks. Someone ordered their meal “extra spicy” and it came extra salty. I ordered without melted cheeses. That was a fiasco! Not coming back

The food was great! It was my first time going to rainforest cafe. I wanted to take my daughter to a fun ambiance for kids and this was definitely it! My daughter loved the food & all the fun decor of the restaurant. The service, however, was not good. I had a reservation and we were seated 15 mins after the reservation time. It took them 20 mins to give us drinks and about 40-50 mins to give us our food. It was my daughters birthday and they forgot to sing happy birthday to her. My daughter is special needs and she cannot wait for a long time, luckily they have a fun store to shop at. We drove 1 hour and 30 mins to have an “okay” experience. Although the food was good I don't think I will be back and I will not be recommending to others.

We make it an annual event to go here since is the only one left in Cali! Our server was excellent and the extra touch of having the balloon artist making animals for the kids was lovely!

If you have young kids, definitely go! It's so much fun. The food is pretty good, service can be slow if it gets busy (our server was wonderful though), but the ambiance is amazing! We had fun watching all of the “animals.”

Was rushed, I'm not sure why they offer reservations so late if they will rush you through dinner. Other than that it was great.

Had reservation got there and still had to wait in regular line. Got my food first and my children never got their food until I told them what happened. Bad service
