It's like being on a date in middle school but twice the price for half the chicken. Lol

My niece told me she wanted Cane's for dinner so I tried their chicken and it was pretty good. Service was good and price wise was fair. I will definitely return and try more of their items.

What can I say chicken is so tender juicy and the legendary sauce everything is so addicting but for a cheap protein this place is not cheap sorry but if there were more point rewards this place would monopolize the fast food industry and McDonald's would have to stop serving chicken, maybe let's add a spicy canes sauce and make some spicy options maybe a secret menu I guess that would make this place iconic. 💯😎

HAIR IN MY FOOD !!!!! Went and picked up a box combo and there was a hair in my chicken , very nasty and disgusting I will not be returning back ! The customer service was unprofessional at the window the women cared more about tracking her steps then making sure my order was correct . Picked my order up at 1:30 on 10/13/25 !!!! I also asked for extra crispy chicken and the chicken never comes out that way it’s always soggy , the batter falls off the chicken and it always taste like it’s uncooked. This canes has gone down badly . The Cole claw was also brown . And to top it off their was hair in my food so I will not be returning again that was the final straw !!!!

The workers at the drive-thru were generous, but unfortunately, they forgot a couple of items I ordered. I specifically asked for a three-finger combo with extra sauce, but I didn't receive the extra sauce and the Raising Cane's bread. Because of this experience, I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant anytime soon.

Love it! 1st time having it and I can't stop going there. Only thing is I wish they cooked there chicken strips 20 seconds longer. I swear it's so soft that I think it's not cooked all the way but it is! It just melts in your mouth!
