Service is horrible here, I waited to get my food, they just handed my a bag with attitude, there was no straw so I waited until any employee would come out but they were all in the back chatting, I ended up having to knock on the window to get an employee over to get a straw!!

Food is always fast and fresh. Just a little loud if you dine in.
I dont have a canes around me, so it's always a treat visiting one. However, this one was exceptional. I went in today around 5 pm. Staff was kind and had patience despite their rush. I didn't even have time to go sit down, and my order was ready. The food was hot. I couldn't even take a bite, so I knew everything was fresh. Even better, it is very crispy and crunchy. I enjoyed it.

Diane at the Ontario location is the best. She is so nice, pleasant and very friendly. She is one of a kind.

Restaurantji Recommends
I hate to have to leave this review, but it is unacceptable. My family and I dined at this restaurant; we now have salmonella poisoning. The four of us have been throwing up and having diarrhea; my wife also has a bad headache. The final straw that made me write this review was my 2-year-old just woke up at 2:31 am throwing up everywhere. My 8-month-old has been having severe diarrhea.
Please educate your cooks on how to thoroughly cook your chicken. I’m positive it was Raising Cane’s that did this to us because it was the only thing that we all ate.
Parents, please check your children’s food before you give it to them.
