We went to Red Lobster to celebrate my granddaughter's birthday and we had a wonderful waiter and sat at a table with the long booth for different customers. The next table customers arrived about 45 minutes after we were seated and one of the guests brought her dog to dinner too. I am allergic to dog and cat hair and we had to leave because my eyes and nose were running. The next day I wound up in bed the entire day sick!!!! 😫
Absolutely amazing our waitress Mia G. was exceptional, as well as the young lady who brought our food out Jade was also amazing. I have work in the industry for 35 years as a manager and these two young ladies and I would hire them in a minute.

we arrived close to 8pm on a saturday
we were seated immediately, servers/greeters were excellent, very kind! food was fantastic! biscuits were fresh, shrimp, crab legs, rice, fries, kids mac and cheese, chicken EVERYTHING was so flavorful! whoever was cooking tonight 03/22 did wonderful!! this is officially our favorite red Lobster location. genuinely we had no complaints! even the bathrooms were decent!! 10/10 would recommend

💯 %. The female manage was so kind. I try to make sure my tip goes to the kitchen. I have a special order. This is my mom’s favorite place. Same thing every week. Thanks for a job well done.

Manager, Olivia and server Rae, were both very attentive and hospitable. Manager Olivia definitely made the visit one to not forget, engaged with not only our table but all the tables surrounding us, asked about our experience and talked to our kiddos. She was very energetic and seemed very genuine and passionate about her shift.
Kid-friendliness: Manager Olivia did not only make our family feel very welcomed but she made sure to connect with our kids and those around us.

We drive all the way from riverside to this location Ontario the service and the food is Excellant manager Ralph checked on us and server Lacey was awesome we were here befor with don as a bartender he was Excellant . Gona make it here every other week . Thanks Red lobster

Took my mom (her favorite place) on a Saturday for lunch and the food was very good. The staff and manager were great. I will continue to bring her to the Ontario Mills location because it is always an enjoyable dining experience.

I took my daughter here for lunch after school on Monday. We went to the Ontario location near the mall. When we walked in the host was cleaning in the dinning room but as soon as he saw us he literally RAN over to us with a big smile and gave us warm welcome, asked us how or day has been then sat us right away. We sat in the bar area and our servers name was Paige (I remember because my middle name is Paige too!). She greeted us right away as well with a basket of those fluffy, hot cheddar biscuits. Paige helped us with the menu and got our order perfect. The food came out quickly, hot, and fresh! My daughter got the crab legs and she was in crab heaven. The crab meat was juicy, sweet, and PLUMP, a 10 out of 10 in her book. While eating, the manager Rafael came over to check on us and introduce himself, mentioning that if we need anything that he's get it for us. What was meant to be just a quick little mommy/daughter lunch time ended up being a really impactful experience. We felt like royalty with the level of customer service and just the overall staff moral. It's been a long time since I've been to a restaurant that provided that level of positive and genuine atmosphere.

Was my Birthday everything was wonderful, food, service and the place was not busy thinking it would be on St. Patrick day! Then again was an early dinner :) Just perfect to enjoy my birthday and able to have a conversation with my company. Will return again.
It took over 45 mintues to get our food for a party of 5 (2 adults 3 kids) but without any complaints of the service the waiter and the manager comped our adult meals and drinks which was nice.
