Red Lobster

This is our second Christmas spending it at this red lobster. We absolutely love the food and the staff here. We have been to several red lobster’s in the area and none compare to the great food and service we receive at this location. Our server Jennifer was very attentive and accommodating to every need.

Went for Christmas Dinner arriving at 5P. Busy but, not too busy. Only 2 of us. Service slow. I ordered the 30$ grilled salmon with broccoli x2. When it arrived, salmon over cooked and broccoli was mushy and very salty. I really wanted to sub one broccoli side for a salad but it was an extra 3.50$ so he brought only broccoli. When I told him I also wanted tarter sauce and no mushy broccoli, he returned with just new broccoli. Not as mushy but not great and full of that horrible sauce. No tarter sauce. It came when I was almost done. It was not great or even good. 30$ for sub-par at best. I did enjoy the biscuits though.

Melanie A was an awesome waitress. She took excellent care of us, constantly checking if we needed anything and had rolls and drink refills ready before we needed them which is outstanding. My grandma asked for extra sauce and she brought a bowl not a tiny cup! Awesome! Thank you again!

Went for a celebration, food was decent but smaller portions than I remember. Biscuits were also smaller.
Young man we had as a server was a nice young man but I had to remind him about refills.
He accommodated to my wife's dislike for chocolate for her celebratory ice cream.

Overall, I was happy with the food's taste and content with the service.

I only have a complaint about gift cards. I was trying to get 4 ($25) gift cards at the bar (where I was directed to go for them) but for some reason, no one came out with them so, am afraid I missed out on their gift card special

Our waitress, Laly, is so wonderful. She is probably the best server we have ever had. I was telling my son, she is so attentive and kind. Thank you for making our experience so nice.

I was a bit disappointed with the food, this is the second time that I've been there and they didn't have the side dish I wanted. I have never been to at Restaurant where they run out of side dishes, my grandkids were not satisfied with the food they serve them. Mine was fine, but I don't think I'll be coming back. It's really sad. Red Lobster used to be one of my favorite restaurants
