This place has taken a real dive in quality and portion control in the years I've been eating here. The food wasn't fresh, and the Mac and cheese you pay extra for shouldn't be served with the cheese not completely melted cause it was brought to the table not completely heated ! Me and my family had a terrible experience. Not to mention, we had a small problem with Bill that didn't require a manager, and instead of solving the problem themselves, our waitress just caused a scene and grabbed the head manager. All of this happened after the manager was just appeasing another diner who clearly had a bad visit at this establishment. It should have been my warning to leave with my family. I will not be returning.

Compatible with a Denny's in food quality and grossly overpriced between $35 - $50 per meal. Sadly, it all tastes like frozen food. I don't know what happened to Red Lobster, they use to have edible food.
My husband took me there for my birthday ? last night bad seats a new waiter after he brought our drinks we didnt see him for 30 minutes then we ordered ordered our appetizers so different from last time our whither never checked on us about our drinks for a refill luckily another waiter gave us water then our waiter came back took our order 4 other tables were seated their orders were taken came out before we got our dinner tells you how long our waiter was gone finally he came back told us he would look then brought our food out we got the wrong order but we still ate it but my husband told the waiter it was my birthday wanted him to bring me a chocolate cake but he brought out the check instead Red Lobster let us down new waiter ugh
We haven't eaten at Red Lobster in a long time and we figured we would give it a shot just to get our hands on those Cheddar Bay Biscuits. The server was good and was attentive to what we needed. However I was immediately turned off from the place when I opened my knife and fork wrapped with a napkin and saw that my fork was extremely dirty. The biscuits were just ok and it seemed that they may have changed their recipe. We didn't like them much. I ordered the Fish and Chips which I thought the fries were ok and the fried cod was oily and tasteless. I scraped the batter off and did not enjoy the rest of it. I don't think I'll be eating there again.

It was the worst Birthday Dinner I ever had $150.00 for the worst lobster dinner I ever had I had the $55.00 twin lobster dinner and sea salt fries I guess the cook split butter on my plate and didn't do anything to fix it I received a plate of two lobster tails that where like rubber and fries soaked in butter I should have brought my own silver the silverware looked like it was the original silverware from the day it opened also the drink I ordered had a big chip in the bottom of the glass that sliced my finger and my water glass still had soap in it I don't have enough room for my sons and husband's horrible dinners myself and my family will never eat their again the health department need to give them a visit

I had lots of expectations since our friends recommended the place. However, it took almost 1 hour to get our food. I had ordered the "all you can eat" shrimp but after asking how long it would take to bring my next order, I was told it would take a while. Totally unacceptable... I asked the manager to just charge the first plate since I was feeling already frustrated and not really planning to wait another hour for my next round. Food was not great either. Manager was nice, our waiter was also nice. They didn't charge 3 orders and offered dessert for free. However, I was dissatisfied and very disappointed.
The food, as always, is a delight... But the waiter who served my family and me, the service was terrible... He took a while to serve us, he brought the salad to us until the end of the main course... And glasses and dishes that we did not use that were already dirty, it was never worth lifting any....

Friends and family celebrated a beautiful birthday this evening. The food was good but needed a little more seasoning. The restrooms were clean, the floor was being vacuumed as we were leaving, and the tables were very clean as well. Our order was taken and brought out in a timely manner. They sang Happy Birthday and brought out ice cream for our birthday boy. Thank you for the evening!
I had the endless shrimp it was $30. Go Monday to Thursday because it costs less money for the daily special. Friday Saturday and Sunday it costs more money. Meals have become very expensive. They cost about $50 before tip and tax. The portions have gotten smaller and less sides. They were trying to push chicken at a lower price. I don't want chicken at Red Lobster . When I think of Red Lobster I think of seafood. I do not think of chicken ?. They give you less and it cost more.
