Rubio's Coastal Grill

On a hott day, this is totally the place to eat. It's so nice and comfortable inside. The workers are super nice and patient. Food is delicious and hot. Had the pleasure of also meeting the manager. She is so sweet, and I was there while she herself was cleaning the soda machine. I was very impressed because to see a manager doing the same work as the people under them shows good management skills. I will for sure be back, and recommend to all

This Rubios has excellent customer service. The cashiers are so friendly. The food is excellent as well. I also enjoyed how clean and spacious the restaurant was. They brought me my food and I love how delicious the food is everytime! Thank you Rubios!

We been here a handful of times, we always order pretty much the same thing taco trio and salsa verde shrimp tacos are my favorite! The food is always consistent and I love love their picante and Diablo salsas! The service can always improve this last time we were there we waited about 40mins for our food! Everyone was getting their food but us!☹️but Overall we have good experiences in the past.

BEWAREIf you use their "Treat Yourself" offer, where they give you $5 gift cards for every $25 gc you purchase, check the expiration dates on them. I purchased $100 worth of gift cards and all four $5 gift cards were invalid. Return them on sight and ask for valid ones or else they are going to ask to see your receipt and give you a hard time if you don't have it. I was very unhappy with the inconvenience. ☹️

The tables in this restaurant are filthy, and I don't mean they just need to be wiped down. They're deep-down grimy, and they need to be refinished. It's fairly disgusting. The first table I sat at, I had to get up and move, it was so gross. See attached pics. Beyond that, the food is fairly bland, but at least it's freshly prepared (except the salsas, which all taste factory made). They botched my order, and they had to remake both plates. So it took twice as long to get my food as it should have and to compensate for the delay, they gave us a coupon for a free taco. Meh. Also, the beverage fountain was out of adjustment, and the Coke was mostly soda water. I say it was out of adjustment, not empty because if the syrup is empty, it's a fairly quick fix to replace the box, which didn't happen in the 30 minutes we were there. Plus, there was syrup coming out, so it wasn't empty, the mix was off. Disappointing visit.
