Decided to give this place a try- not making the same mistake again.... Had the chicken bento- there's no way that this was Japanese.....

I’ve been to other Sarku Japan places and this one has been the worse. The chicken and beef just cooked enough. Fried rice had no flavor. Dumplings were cold. Overall not worth $30. All the meats were precooked ready to serve.

The food is nasty go inside the kitchen and it smell like a wet dog the hallway is always dirty they leave boxes of food out on the dirty hallway that smells like dead rats don't eat here ?

I was really hungry and couldn't decide on what to eat so I spontaneously chose this place to eat.The portions were pretty big and the food was surprisingly good! Went with the chicken bento and it did not disappoint!

Affordable and if you try it you'll know why. The quality of what you get is something offensive. They make it in front of you so the perception of fresh is sold here but the quality of what your eating is no where near the quality as the dumpling place around the corner. I tried almost all the sushi and it's equivalent to what you might get at a gas station so definitely avoid that. The dumplings are the only great thing here and for the price might be what anyone should always order. The bento beef box is out of this world as in it needs to leave ASAP. Surprisingly this place is always crowded with people who either have not tried it or people who can't tell what's good to eat lol. Definitely get pizza at sabarro next time.

The portion size of meat is ok, though could be better for the price. Got the chicken teriyaki (most popular), and the rice and veggies took up 3/4 of the container. The meat was seasoned a bit though needs the sauce. Ask for extra sauce unless you like dry meat. I remember the food being better, maybe it's just this location since been a long while. The employees were friendly and service was quick from ordering to receiving food.A viable option considering this is one of the healthier options in the food court, though isn't quite what it used to be. I'd say to give some other places close by a try depending on what you're craving.

The people who work here are great, the good is amazing, the service is quick and fast, I just wished they expanded so I can visit them more often. I love this place and I will always buy from them they are the best!!!!Kid-friendliness: They are sweet people if you understand the food industry and how it works, people criticize but don’t know these workers and how stressful it can be when you have real rude people.
Amazing chicken. The staff is very nice. They use different spatulas for raw chicken and cooked chicken. So far no sauce can match it's flavor. It's simply AMAZING.

Ate Chicken/Shrimp combination plate. Ok taste.Be careful about sanitary conditions. Cashiers do not wear plastic gloves. Cashiers handle dirty money and credit cards. Same cashiers handle your plastic utensils and food trays.Saw cashier cough into her hand and then handle money, she then picked up plastic fork and napkin to give customer.SHE DID NOT WASH HER HAND!

Ordered the following:- 1 chicken teriyaki combo (best seller per the menu): $9.09- 1 beef teriyaki combo: $9.69SUBTOTAL: $18.78TAX: $1.64TOTAL: $20.42Food was okay, tastes like Yoshinoya and portions weren't as generous as expected. I would rather order at Kellys Cajun Grill which is also located in this food court. We also asked for empty water cups and received 3 for free. Overall 3/5.
