Really good quality food, Super friendly service, and the Açaí bowl was just superb. Not kidding. Exactly what I needed after our kitesurf session. The Ace juice was great, too. Thanks a lot!

Unfortunately due to covid we couldn't be seated inside however we were able to go in and use restrooms etc. The staff were fantastic and doing their best in such a unique situation! Can't wait to come back post covid to sit inside! Also thank you to our staff for singing happy birthday and a beautiful cup cake!!

The food was amazing, I have been there with my mum to spend a mother/daughter’s time, and between the good food and the vibes of the restaurant, we had a lovely time. The people around looked happy as well, and it was specially about the design and the taste of the food.

Food was good but we waited 45 minutes before we Got it and only 5 other people in restaurant before us. I went and asked a waitress after 35 minutes if we were forgotten. We were not and another waitress interrupted and started arguing and explaining why and Got really rud. Absolutely WORST EVER SERVICE. Dont go unless you want your day ruined.

I really liked this restaurant. The atmosphere is so fun. We had great food and friendly service. Loved their chicken fried chicken.The forest atmosphere and gift shop is amazing.

Ate dinner here in the bar recently. They have the standard hard liquor selections, nothing top shelf like Hendricks or Woodford Reserve. Service was slow. The bartender was very busy. The food was prepared well, tasty, and the portions were generous.

I have been to other rainforest cafes and it was better that this place. Maybe it was bad timing on us, we were there at around 2 in the afternoon, we had a hard time to find someone to seat us, then forever to have someone take the order, and to get the food. I think they are running thin. Food is average to below average, but my son likes sitting there and looking at the life sized animals and the sounds. I would go back there not for the food, but for the kid.

We often eat here when visiting the outlets at Ontario Mills. Decide to share a rib, steak and shrimp special. Didn’t live up to the legendary US portion size. The steak was sent back- stone cold in the middle. at least the second piece was cooked properly. Cudos to the server who handle our complaint very professionally.

We went here because we were missing the one that recently left the Disneyland Resort. This Rainforest Cafe is quite different from the one at Disney. It's a lot smaller, for one thing. It has the thunder and lightning storms that we're used to seeing, but because of the lower ceiling, it doesn't have the same oompf. But never mind that - the food is still just as good. Portions are still large. We had the pizza, chips and salsa, and hamburger - everything was cooked to order and tasty. I would recommend this place, especially as a quick getaway.
Every time I went to Rainforest Cafe, my inner child always surfacing and could not wait to enjoy the atmosphere and the sound of a unique jungle. I wish the service and the length of waiting time could have been as unique as the atmosphere. I feel positive that the next time I visit this place, there would be many improvements. I hope!

Good selection to choose from. Best is kids can get Mac n Cheese with a side of Mac n Cheese. Show is good although may be loud for younger kids. Waiter we had was super helpful. Manager even came by and asked how we were and answered questions about the Landry Select club. Wife and I shared the pastalaya with Caribbean rice. Just the right amount of spice. Super yummy, couldn't stop eating it. We always like coming here after visiting the outlet mall.

Place was not busy but the service was terrible! Group had turkey club sandwich, chicken strips, onion rings, hamburger.. no one was able to finish the meal, one even became ill after. I will say beer was cold.... Grandchildren enjoyed to scenery and animal actions. Way to pricey too....
