Serious Food Safety Issue – All of Us Affected We had a Hawaiian pizza and pepperoni on 13th June 2025 with our 2-year-old daughter. All three of us—myself, my partner, and our daughter—have had severe stomach upset since then. Our daughter only ate a small piece, yet she has been the worst affected, passing stool multiple times and crying continuously.
This is extremely distressing, especially when a toddler is involved. We are monitoring her closely, and if her condition worsens, we will not hesitate to take serious action. This kind of food safety lapse is absolutely unacceptable.

This place has always been good but this time there were some teenagers who didn’t care about what we needed to order they were not giving us what we needed they were gonna give me my item but not my sides, they didn’t even give me a bag to put my food in. this place needs to do better they hire anyone nowadays.

The customer service here was so poor I felt compelled to say something. Before checking out, I asked if they offered drink refills they said yes. Went back for a refill, only to be told it’s only for the large size (which they conveniently failed to mention). I even offered to pay the 50 cents to upgrade and was told they couldn’t do that either.
So instead, I got to sit there choking down dry, crusty food like I was being punished. No drink, no flexibility, just attitude. A little communication and common sense would’ve gone a long way. Zero stars

The workers are always on a rush can’t even explain the combos lol, ended up charging me around 40 bucks for a drink and 2 slices a pizza not worth it

This location seems to be well operated. I had the lasagna and it was very delicious. I usually don't like Sbarro but I needed something quick to eat and I chose to eat here and I found the lasagna to be tasty with plenty of flavor.
My wife had a slice of pineapple 🍍 pizza (pineapple doesn't belong on pizza lol) and she found it to be tasty and delicious.

Sbarro is located inside Ontario Mills mall, at the far end of the food court. It’s great to have a pizza spot here, especially since my kids get hungry while shopping, and this place is super convenient. The pizza slices are huge, the prices are reasonable, and the staff was friendly. The service was smooth, and overall, we had a good experience here.

Today, my wife and I visited the Ontario Mills store and ordered two strombolis, one spinach and one pepperoni. Both were hard and stale. It's outrageous to offer this to consumers. No wonder people say Sbarro might close down—serving food like this is unacceptable. I will never go back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Zero stars.

Not very friendly. I asked for a slice of pepperoni. Noticing 2 guys, 1 there before me and 1 after being helped and attended to, the girl gave both these men their orders and made me wait until she walked down towards the cash register to hand me my pizza. Lol. I started to walk away and say screw it. That ma'am is an act of prejudice and you should not be allowed to practice that at this establishment. And no I will not be coming back. BE KIND TO ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS, NOT JUST THE ONCE YOU CHOOSE. This happened today Nov 10th about an hr ago.
