Hamburger was cold but the fries were hot. How is that possible 🤔 this is the 3rd time that happens the samething. Bread was a little bit hard too . I eating because i was hungry or else i wouldn't eating. Oo i ask for a MD size. Looks more like a SM size.

I stated three times to customize my order and instructions weren't followed. This is my first time going to this Sonic and now it will be my last. The staff do not pay attention. The staff do not follow instructions. I like Sonic but I will not go to this one. Honestly I want the Sonic closed down or hire new staff...

I am so disappointed with this sonic, I am even skeptical to try another location. My order was placed right on the order screen but when it arrived it was missing some items and I wasn’t even given a receipt to show them my order. I was so looking forward to my meal but sadly it was ruined. During my short time there I witnessed four other costumers also upset with the service.

Had to wait about 30 minutes for 2 drinks and a burger. Noticed orders at drive thru and the parking lot that came in after us were getting their food faster.

I used the drive up stall. That was novel and fun for me. The server was pleasant and said she was learning to skate to make delivery more fun. The restaurant was clean and smelled like fresh food. The restrooms were clean. That is usually a good sign of good management and training. The tots were a little cool and hard but the produce on the burger was fresh and tasty.

I usually buy ice from Sonic because I like the texture. I decided to buy myself dinner. Bad decision, I had to throw it away. The food tasted old and disgusting. Never again! I should have gone to Cane's.

I gave them three opportunities. Their service is poor and you wait a very long time for your food.

When the bag is handed to you via drive thru your food is cold.

This is the only Sonic I have problems with.

Try the Sonic on 152. They are FAST and your food is hot.

I'm never going to this one again!
