I went to the one off foothill and the 15 ordered mocha cookie crumble… it tasted like ice topped with crushed chocolate chips! I Went in to ask if it could be remade, that one tasted like ice as well, how you mess it up twice no idea…. Coming home from the doctor I decided to try this location, asked the ladies to make sure it had flavor told them the situation the ladies were so nice and understanding they kindly upgraded the size in drink to venti and made sure it had flavor!!! So glad I stopped cause I finally got the flavor I had been wanting not just ice!! They make drinks very good!!! Skip foothill go here!

Wow what a terrible barista today 11/18/2025 this was around 1-2 pm. The chunky lady with short hair and glasses needs a reevaluation on how to do her job properly. Immediately! Top of all that my coffee was not the best , made poorly. The manager needs to do better too , how could you allow such poor quality employees to work the drive thru.

,store is too skinny wen walking in mobile orders are right wen you walk in it's crowded drinks are bunched up very close,,
people are touching drinks,,

Did I mention people touching the drinks
Very gross what if their sick..store is clean, baristas are nice,,fill to the top, my drink is over $6

Came in to get a matcha today. I usually add extra syrup because its not sweet enough but I’ve been seeing ads saying its sweeter now. Its DEFINITELY NOT. So I went in to ask for them to make it sweeter bc it was DISGUSTING and the matcha was hardly blended. The girl at the counter gave me the rudest look and didn’t say anything after I asked for it to be remade. I even apologized for the inconvenience and said thank you. couldn’t help but feel like she didn’t want to do her job and made me uncomfortable. Anyway the drink tasted the SAME after they remade it.. HIRE BETTER WORKERS! whoever was working the register at 12 today needs better customer service training. Just take the extra drive and go to the other starbucks on mountain for way better service!

I went to the drive thru to order a chocolate croissant and request to put inside the wrap.The guy at the drive thru said they have to open up the wrap because it's starbucks policy. I went to another starbucks and they were able to give it to me in the wrap. So when does starbucks dictating when I can or cant eat my food?

Not the niceplace.i drink starbuck every morning,but in the afternoon I stop by just to ask for use the restroom but they said no.i have to do purchase to use the restroom.sorry this location not nice.

Placed my Mobile pick up order & asked to use the Restroom & was asked if I had ordered, I said yes & was waiting for my order. I waited for my Cortado & she did not add my raw sugar. Pay more attention to my coffee order & not who is using the restroom.

On May 25, 2025, at 8:55 PM, I waited 12 minutes at mountain and 6th in Ontario Ca location drive-thru speaker with no response. At the window, barista Aurora rudely refused my order, insisting I return to the speaker. She was dismissive when asked for her name and claimed my recording made her feel unsafe. As a loyal customer, I’m disappointed and may choose other coffee providers.
