I love this Starbucks no matter how late I get there even right before they close they are nice and helpful. I have a Starbucks around the corner from my home about 0.8 miles literally around the corner and they are rude and take forever to acknowledge you. They always seem to close about a half hour before closing time I'm not sure why and when asked why are they closing so early they are rude and have an attitude . I have to dive almost two miles just to get my family...
Ana is as extremely kind, pleasant and very helpful. I went to the mountain and the 60 fwy location where my daughters drink was made wrong then they argued with me stating I basically didn’t order properly when adding caramel drizzle is common sense to me. So I came here where she made the experience a lot better. Remade the drink for me without making me feel like I was a nuisance to them like mountain and the 60. I will from now on only come to mountain and riverside.
Starbucks is always my go-to place for a great cup of coffee and friendly service. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax or get some work done. I highly recommend stopping by Starbucks for your caffeine fix!
