I've never had a bad experience at a Starbucks. I'm from the east coast so I was hard core Dunkin' Donuts girl. But I gotta tell ya this was the best service!! Eric is super cool!! He took our order with personality and charm! I was a barista for over 10 years and I know how challenging it can get. For his first time I window he was fantastic! Keep up the good work Eric! You're what makes Starbucks so great! So fun! So friendly!! 😁😁😁😋🤪

In all my years going to starbucks this is the rudest staff. Thousands of dollars spent ath starbucks and never have they demanded a purchase for water. Not only did she decline to give me water but then told my I was obligated to buy something with an attitude. I simply do not understand why we need to be rude and sarcastic to customers. It was as if she was paying for the water herself.

I come here every morning to study before class and for days in a row the service is absolutely disappointing, the employees are always in such a rush that the small things stoped to matter. They call out that my drink is ready but walk away so fast I have to wait another 2 minutes for someone to see me and offer a straw.

Went to this store today & the staff is incredibly rude! Stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The staff that took my order was clearly in a bad mood. Will never come back to this Starbucks! A bunch of other reviews say the same thing— rude staff. Not surprised.
Horrible customer service experience at the drive thru, we had been shopping all day and wanted to relax and head home while enjoying a warm matcha tea, but instead what we got was horrible, horrible drinks, you can tell they were made that way on purpose. Literally, we just got heavy matcha and water. Mind you, this is not our regular spot. We were just stopping by on our way home. Waste of time and money. 👎🏽

I am completely outraged. I had a medical emergency requiring water and I requested it kindly in a respectful manner. The worker said it had to be put through the system and I pleaded with her mentioning the dire situation. I don’t care if it needs to be put through the system, if it’s an emergency it’s imperative to help. If you believe putting it through the system is more important than helping a person during an emergency, it shows how low your morals are. Unbelievable.

Staff in mornings can be extremely rude. A few workers have been seen spitting in drinks and still work there even when brought to management, staff will argue with customers over smallest things and have attitude the moment they open, very toxic environment in mornings. Staff talks very poorly about customers infront of us, mocking us to each other and are very nasty even to each other
