I ordered my drink and I was the only one there. The staff was just standing around talking. After 10 mins I walked over to the counter and they asked if I mobile ordered…I will not be returning.

I was going to this location on a regular basis with a study group. The last four times we went the workers were blasting their music as if it were a club. We could barely hear each other speak. We asked them kindly to turn it down as Starbucks is knows for its friendly studying environment and our requests went ignored as if trying to push us out. We have always ordered plenty of products while there. I suppose they no longer want the business. It's disappointing to see a location we enjoyed meeting before exams simply not being customer friendly.

I can honestly say this is my favorite Starbucks.They're always so friendly and they always make my drink on point. Its like a touch of heaven. They never disappoint.
Been a biker who comes here on occasion however I definitely got a watery flavorless mocha today I said I wanted a chocolate mocha she repeats ok...iced white mocha....???Fine whatever..but ya I needed a coffee n of course should've just made one at hm..with flavor ???

Starbucks is not what it use to be. Got a faulty cup!! lid would not stay on my hot drink!! Then asked for a "HOT" kids size hot cocoa instead got a regular small size HOT cocoa which turned out to be COLD! had to walk in to let them know the situation cause I was in drive threw and the girl just walked away with the cup.. the guy from drive thru approached me and I had to re explain what was going on. Just BAD!!
