Wasn’t greeted at all when I came in. Workers didn’t look very happy, however, the store was clean and my drink was still delicious.

Attitude of servers at this location is awful!! No sign that they are short staffed at the door. Both doors are locked and they don’t even apologize.

Ordered a Venti Iced shaken Espresso and 75% of the cup was filled with ice. If I wanted ice, I would’ve gone to 7-Eleven and bought a bag of ice. Make sure you specify easy on the ice when ordering an iced coffee.

The location did not have comfortable seating and they closed 30 minutes before there hours online and the door show!! It also had a bad smell and the area is kind dark and creepy

Love this place! Idk what it is but my coffee tastes great every single time. I love getting the vanilla sweet cream cold brew and at other locations its always too much vanilla sweet cream or not enough, but this location always gets it right, so THANK YOU. The staff is always super friendly, and I never feel rushed or like my order doesn't matter. I love coming to this location.

I guess don’t order a blonde roast. If you want anything other than Pile Place it’s been sitting there all day and will be served cold.

If you’ve been waiting over 12 minutes for a drink, a girl behind the counter will shout over her coworker that the equipment is what’s making her slow. “It’s a cold foam” is the excuse that was used at the time. Order drinks here if you want excuses.

I've amended my review again. The store has obviously gone through some changes for the better since I was last there. They are operating and serving at a very high level now. Great improvement.

Today I just received the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! SAM C. WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST I ORDERED THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU AND SHE TOOK HER TIME WITH MY ORDER & MADE SURE IT WAS EXAXLCTLY WHAT I WANTED SHE EVEN SAID IF I DIDNT LIKE SHE WOULD MAKE SURE TO GET IT CORRECT FOR ME WHILE IN THE DRIVE-THRU SHE DID NOT RUSH ME OR ANYTHING WOW WOW WOW THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAD FROM STARBUCKS IN A LONNNNNNG TIME!!! Love coming here but today was a disappointment I expected to have my coffee full for the price I pay to see that it wasn’t even full they could have at least filled it up with whipped cream.
