Starbucks

Came at 10pm since they aren’t supposed to close till 11pm but doors are locked. There are a couple workers inside but we (there was a couple of other people who came up too) were ignored.

Great place for coffee. Very reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Great place to relax.

My daughter accidentally ordered her birthday drink wrong and they were so sweet about helping her get what she wanted! Amazing service. And she decorated the cup soooo pretty!

I had a horrible experience I got lectured for placing my order too quickly. The lady was a heavy set with dark purple hair gave me an attitude for placing my order too quickly to allow ten minutes between placing and arriving or if I’m in a hurry to only place it at the speaker. Mind you there was no line I was the only car plus the order didn’t take long at all to prepare. I’m the paying customer I don’t need a scolding I will go about placing my order however I feel fits me. I hope this issue gets resolved I felt extremely uncomfortable thank you

I buy here coffee always but this hole month they charge me same thing everyday different price I buy everyday same thing venti chery chai latte and cheese Danish they charge me 10:45
And next day they charge me 10:95
And I ask the employee they saying they don't so that soooo bad i also show my transaction but they no response that's so bad guy

I only have large bills I had $100 bill that I was trying to pay for my drink, but Jasmine refused to take my bill and she sarcastically said I can go to another Starbucks or go to the gas station and exchange the bill. I think it’s so ridiculous how they are willing to throw away a drink instead of selling it. How is that any profit for Starbucks? Her rude behavior has nothing to do with what Starbucks is all about. Is like when you go to Walmart and then you go to target you can completely feel the difference this Starbucks is like going into Walmart late at night on ghetto with the supervisors behavior never again will I stop here🤦🏻‍♀️ And yes, Jasmine was the supervisor who chose her to be the supervisor

The guy at the drive-through complimented on the subaru brz my bf drove, very friendly. He talked to him and had a pretty good vibe. My bf smiled at this interaction. The first time someone noticed his car. Overall experience was really good!

I went today for a coffee like every day and today was the worst coffee I've ever had because I always order a brown sugar oatmeal shaking espresso and they only gave me coffee with milk and my daughter wanted a lavender cream oatmeal macha instead of that drink they gave her hazelnut with macha and oatmeal that was disgusting
