WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST I ORDERED THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU AND SHE TOOK HER TIME WITH MY ORDER & MADE SURE IT WAS EXAXLCTLY WHAT I WANTED SHE EVEN SAID IF I DIDNT LIKE SHE WOULD MAKE SURE TO GET IT CORRECT FOR ME WHILE IN THE DRIVE-THRU SHE DID NOT RUSH ME OR ANYTHING WOW WOW WOW THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAD FROM STARBUCKS IN A LONNNNNNG TIME!!! EFFICIENT STAFF w/ GREAT SERVICE! I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service here at the Milliken Starbucks! It's a busy area, surrounded by businesses, stores, Toyota Arena, and Ontario Mills and this is one of the best franchises I've visited. The location is quite quiet and features plenty of seating. Several professionals were working in this Starbucks as it's pretty quiet. You don't need to pop your headphones in, of course it's an option though! But I'm serious it's a chilled out environment. The staff also knew the menu well and took the initiative in asking if my drink required any modifications without me asking. The food was also great, I recommend the spinach and tomato sandwich as a quick snack or lunch. Oh and it's clean! I'll be returning!

The barista was not rude but definitely not the most courteous. We ordered tea with extra sweetener but the drinks were very bitter and had a bad/unusual taste to it. We go to this one quite a bit since it’s close to my work and the service is normally great but this was a disappointment.

Very rude staff the outside of the store is Pretty Dirty they should hire a pressure washing company.... why even have a drive-thru if you're going to tell me I need to come inside to pick up my drink??

Do not come here if you have anywhere to be. My order took over 20 minutes inside and they made the drinks all separate... different times... and the coffee tastes like milk. No thank you

If you visit you most certainly do not want to use their drive-thru; you will be waiting a good half hour even if there's no one walking through their doors. I realized at least a good 15 minutes had passed and I was still waiting. I had long been stuck between 2 other vehicles and unable to move out of the line otherwise I would have. My observation from the being stuck in the drive-thru line was that there was maybe a person or 2 that walked through their front doors during this time. Meanwhile, the drive-thru line was insanely backed up. Not sure if they were short staffed or what the issue was exactly but In any case it was ultimately a half hour wait for an iced coffee and a snowman sugar cookie.
This location is THE BEST. I have not been disappointed anytime. Mobile orders are always ready to go and the staff is outstanding.

I am a paying customer , and no one else was around . I brought my lap top to study and I had my headphones on but even then .... They were so loud and one girl kept yelling and shouting . This annoyed me so much that studying was not even possible. I hope the manager tells them to keep it to a respectful level . They weren't talking about work or drinks. Just shouting and yelling the same things over and one. I won't be coming to this Starbucks again , that's for sure . -0 stars -

It was late I got my service dog with me a small one I had just found out the flight I was supposed to have met was two hours late. The girls fix me a Great cuppa hot tea. They fix the pop cup for PRISHA and we sat in there until about eight minutes before closing just to kill time and because I am a widow I don’t like to be out at dark by myself. The girls were superb, gracious, and fun.
