Horrible experience! My coffee was literally filled at the complete top! Never received a drink stopper so as soon as it was handed to me it instantly spilled everywhere. Grateful the coffee was lukewarm otherwise I would've burned my hand.

I ordered a latte at another location through the drive up and on my way to work realized they made my drink with milk, when I had asked for oat milk due to my milk allergy. I stopped by this location as it was the closest and asked if they can remake my drink with oat milk. They replied no they do not do that. When I asked why, since other locations have done this before when drinks have been made wrong.. the supervisor “Mel” I believe his name is “Milton” was very loud and aggressive stating “no they do not do that at this location and if I’d like another I would need to repurchase the drink” He was very dismissive and had a very bad attitude. I will not be returning to this store. It’s very unfortunate that they have someone like that in charge of their store. He must have had a bad Christmas.

I’ve visited this Starbucks location at least 3 times, and while I’ve enjoyed other locations, I’ve noticed that the taste of the drinks here tends to be inconsistent and could use some improvement. For example, I recently ordered a frappuccino that tasted more like blended milk with only a faint of chocolate. On another occasion, I ordered one of the melon energy drinks, but it tasted extremely watery, with the flavor barely coming through, and with no carbonation. I believe some adjustments could help ensure the drinks consistently meet the high standards Starbucks is known for.

So ghetto. You buy a $8 coffee. Ask for a venti water. And they say here's a grande because we are busy. How run down is Starbucks smh. MANAGER PLS REACH OUT. How can you say ur a manager when a water is so much work that u can't add ice and water 🤣

I ordered my drink with little ice and on the label of the glass it clearly says so but they still filled it up to half the glass with ice. I think what they are doing is a theft because ice is much cheaper than adding the amount of drink correct and this is not the first time they have done it, it is just the first time I report it

I'm so disappointed with Starbucks. It's a Friday. And we are there for Route 66 and Saturday. And I bought a coffee and I needed to use the restroom and you have them closed off With tables blocking access to the restrooms this is the second year Your establishment has done this because it's Route 66. You don't want anybody using the restrooms? I think that's a Very bad business decision. Gloria's restaurant?That is a couple of doors down.Has it open for everyone And the city does provided porta-potties.So I don't understand why you close your restrooms ..I went with a party of 12 couples with our cars and we all made a decision that we would never Go to starbucks on euclid again 👎👎👎👎👎
