Ordered brown sugar strato my everyday favorite drink, came to this location, I noticed my drink was almost white, no cinnamon topping, asked the drive threw employee if it can be remade , she took the drink back inside from the drive threw, looked like they threw it back into another cup amd added the topping , young girl had a terrible attitude when I asked if it can be remade , terrible service and a creepy drink

This is my favorite Starbucks because they have the best baristas around. Not only do they always get my order right, they are professional, friendly, have excellent customer service and some of the sweetest people I get to interact with. They are all extremely kind to me and my grandbabies and I love my little notes I get on my cups. It is always a pleasure seeing them. This picture shows 3 of their amazing baristas but there are so many more I adore. Hands-down, the best Starbucks in Ontario and surrounding cities.💚🖤💚🖤💚

I normally don’t write reviews, but I’ve reached my limit with this Starbucks location. No matter how many times I order an iced matcha latte with light ice, they never get it right. Either the cup comes half-filled—or more—with ice, or on the rare occasion they actually follow the 'light ice' request, the drink ends up tasting like straight milk. There's barely any matcha flavor, and the color is so pale it almost looks like straight milk.
To be fair, the manager was very sweet when I brought this up. She happily remade the drink and explained that with light ice, there’s more room for milk, so it can dilute the flavor. She also let me know that Starbucks recently reduced the spoon size for matcha scoops, so she recommended I add extra scoops to get the taste I’m expecting.
I took her advice—and here I am again, ordering exactly that. Still not light ice. Still tastes like milk and ice, not matcha. At this point, I’m just tired. I don’t have this issue at other locations, but unfortunately, this one is closest to my job, which is the only reason I keep giving it another shot.
All I want is a decent iced matcha latte, made correctly. It shouldn’t be this hard.

Mobile ordered and received our cups 1/3 empty. Asked the associate to topped off the cup with oatmilk as we requested in our order extra 3/4, and he answered with you should've ordered a latte if you wanted it filled with milk. Will not be returning to this location! Wish I could give them 0 stars.

My husband and I went by for a couple of coffees. Cashier was very polite and nice. I don't need a thank you to enjoy my order but still this type of actions make people not wanting to go back.
