This Starbucks has gone down the drain and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Between the rude girl who doesn’t know how to make drinks that we had to bring back 3 times this week and the 20+ minute wait times for orders (some that say they were already completed but they aren’t), go elsewhere. Who puts creamer in Electric Lemonade. They either have management that doesn’t know how to run the store and/or they are understaffed. Super disappointed as there are some very nice people here but very poorly managed.

Unsafe place I went a like 2 days ago, it’s a black tall male trying to make a conversation with me asking personal questions about my person. I feel very uncomfortable and unsafe about my person, when I have the opportunity to left, I left almost running never go back again this location. The service was excellent but just I don’t feel Safe there. I hope the management there do something.

TERRIBLE customer service here. These kids are out of control. Starbucks needs to do better.

Kids managing kids is so crazy to me. Some guy that hasn’t hit puberty yet took my order was obviously high while taking my order. He couldnt remember anything I said and made a million mistakes getting me a single hot, black coffee.

Then he had the nerve to get upset and rude when I mentioned that my coffee was cold (I asked for it to be hot and fresh). He then started ignoring me while I tried to explain my order again, and began making jokes under his breath. VERY unprofessional. TERRIBLE HIRE STARBUCKS…. Do better.

To everyone reading… you don’t deserve this treatment, and I’ve received it a few times at this location. Between myself and my company, we spend an average of $9,000 per year at Starbucks. Your money matters people.

Starbucks doesn’t care about its customers anymore.

Save yourself the terrible experience. Find another location or better yet, another franchise to support.

Walking by and noticed you haven’t taken down the “coming soon”
This will make drivers think you are not open.

Update: I really dislike when corporations use automated replies on reviews. Reviews are the last human touch that we have and you decide to respond with a cold automated message.

This is the second time I have came to this new location the the girls that work in the afternoon are very rude very poor customer service skills I would definitely the worst Starbucks I have been to attitudes are out of control.

Don’t make drinks right!

Spoke to a girl who I told I would be there to pick up coffee for four people at 8:30 AM to be in an appointment at 10 AM. I have to pick it up early due to traffic. She did not listen to a word I said and told me she said I should pick it up early, so the coffee stays warm, which makes zero sense as to what I said then the nice girl hung up on me and as I tried to call back, the phone was busy. She took it off the hook this was on April 22 at 7:27 PM. Whoever reads this I hope they talk to the girl who was working who is extremely rude , I talked to another girl before her at a different Starbucks that said they were 0.3 miles away and the girl at the other Starbucks said that this Starbucks on fourth and North Haven was closer even though on Google it said 0.5 miles away. I highly suggest that people hire baristas with a brain .

Brand new location!! It looks great and is very spacious! Highly recommend coming here for a coffee or to study!
