I am a home health nurse and travel to patients. I have given starbucks my business multiple times and this is the first time where an employee has told me that I cannot use the restroom without purchasing something. I felt degraded and am seriously thinking of switching to coffee bean. Starbucks has treated my friend this way with the bathroom situation as well when she gives them good business. Starbucks, customers will remember the way your employees treat your customers. I will not be back to this specific starbucks. Good luck to you!

The chairs have no backs except for one table with very short backing. Extremely uncomfortable. Chairs are not expensive. This needs to updated or this just isnt a nice place to sit and drink or work. Feels unwelcoming like they just want you to get your stuff and get lost.

This is my go to Starbucks , I absolutely love a few of the baristas in this establishment, I’ve never had any issues until today , 6/20/25 around 645 this morning, Upon checking my bank statements I noticed the drive thru girl tipped herself on my debit card , My original form of payment was my Starbucks app, But I did have a balance that needed to be paid , i inserted my debit card , But was NOT given the option to tip. Now why would anyone feel entitled to tip themselves? That was foul, What if she would have done that to someone who didn’t have enough funds in the account and could have potentially over drafted someone. In my opinion that is theft, No matter what amount .

All of the outlets are sealed off, you can't charge your laptop. Don't even bother coming to study. Feels really unwelcoming in here.
I was in drive thru line 8:12am on 5/21 for about 15min on morning rush.. I ordered 2 caramel macchiato,1 medicine ball, a cake pop and egg bites. When I get to drive thru window lady asked me to answer the question on card reader machine.. Tip option $1,$2,$3. After that she handed my drink order and I asked for the 2nd Caramel drink and she said I only ordered 1. I responded I am sorry I ordered 2 she said well you have to go back around the drive thru line to order again. I need to remind you its morning rush I was waiting in line already. What in your right mind would ask the customer to go back inline. Poor customer service. No empathy. The associate was not Iconic.

This was my fav Starbucks since they first opened. It's not in the greatest area but it has improved. Sucks that I moved away but I still stop by when I'm around. IYKYK Starbucks is Starbucks sometimes it's empty sometimes packed but Worth the wait. I suggest Ordering ahead on the app too.

Everything about the inside of this place screams GTFO. Conspicuous lack of seating, uncomfortable chairs, music too loud to allow conversation. I gotta believe they're doing it on purpose. Staff is competent and friendly, and if you're just looking to grab something to go, it's great. Otherwise, a terrible experience.
