I visited this location early this morning around 4 a.m. to purchase a snack and a drink. After walking in, I asked the employee at the counter for the restroom code. I had just woken up—I’m a truck driver—and may have looked a bit rough, but the employee’s response was, “Did you buy anything?” This felt unnecessary and discriminatory.
Additionally, I had placed a mobile order and waited at the pickup area, but the staff did not acknowledge me. A team member eventually asked if I was waiting for something, even though the order should have been visible on their system.
Overall, this has been the most disappointing experience I’ve had at a Starbucks location.

Everyone is friendly, and even though it was very busy on the days that I went, it was well-staffed. 4 stars because this location has maybe four tables, all with extremely uncomfortable flat wooden chairs. Maybe it's by design and they don't want people staying to enjoy their coffee/food, I don't know, but the furniture in this location is probably the most unwelcoming I've seen in any Starbucks.
