I decided to go into the establishment “drive thru was a complete nightmare “ I had my 9 month old baby with me, I was standing at the register for about 5 mins before One of the busier baristas turned around “he was super busy heating up the pastry’s etc, he tended to me , I ordered the Sugar cookie iced latte and a banana bread , He was so sweet, took time to come from around the counter to set my bag down at the table I sat at, Now I sit there for about 20 minutes before I realize my drink is was sitting on the opposite side of the counter! I was wondering why the other barista chicks were looking at me but said absolutely nothing , and called no name no “hey ur drink is ready “ NOTHING ! I had no idea it was ready mind you I thought the wait would be a bit longer because of the drive thru horror show ! Nope sat there with this baby in my arms waiting for my drink as it sat there ice melting, Annoying! I walked up and asked how long it had been sitting there and I was ignored! Whatever we all have bad days but seriously? Rude !

Super clean on the inside and really chill atmosphere. I recieved awesome customer service Kat was my barista and she is very nice and helpful. Its unfortunate the java chip frap one of my fav is off the menu but she had no problem making an almost identical drink for me. Thanks so much ill def be back to this location :)

Sadly will not be coming back to this Starbucks. This is the third time they forget to add vanilla sweet cream, which costs extra. The second time it happened I went back immediately and the baristas took care of it. Today my drink was not full all the way even though they added the same amount of ice, and my coffee was bitter with no cinnamon added.
Come here for coffee all the time. Today I stopped by for water because I was feeling really unwell on my way home. They told me they could not give me water since I wasn’t a paying customer. Tap water….. You cannot give tap water to someone? Seriously ridiculous. I won’t be returning to this location.
