Sadly will not be coming back to this Starbucks. This is the third time they forget to add vanilla sweet cream, which costs extra. The second time it happened I went back immediately and the baristas took care of it. Today my drink was not full all the way even though they added the same amount of ice, and my coffee was bitter with no cinnamon added.

Come here for coffee all the time. Today I stopped by for water because I was feeling really unwell on my way home. They told me they could not give me water since I wasnât a paying customer. Tap waterâŚ.. You cannot give tap water to someone? Seriously ridiculous. I wonât be returning to this location.

Welcoming was great, I asked for iced expresĂł topped off with breve, and when I got my coffee, the barista gave me attitude just because I asked for more milk.
She had me pay for a different drink instead of charge me for the up charge if breve milk. What a way to rip off customers.
