Worst Starbucks ever..I asked for two cold beverages and specificied easy ice due to a previous experience at this location. Nonetheless they gave me two beverages completely full of ice, after 3 sips there was no drink. I will not return to this location. Very expensive ice.

Didn’t let using the bathroom, right after we ordered and attempted to use the restroom they shut it down and said we had to wait 30 minutes. It was the whole point of stopping there on the way.

This is the Starbucks where you go And they put the music loud.So you won't sit down and enjoy your coffee.Their whole goal is to give you the cup of coffee or whatever item they're selling and for you to leave.So they put the music super loud.So you won't have you enjoyable time sitting down. I find this so annoying how these corporations allow employees to do that.And this is reasons why other coffee shops are now taking advantage of the poor customer service that are provided by starbucks.

A very terrible experience.
My order was for two cold Americanos. The polite employee prepared only one and called my name. I waited, thinking the second cup was still being made, while I saw her completing orders for other customers. When I finally asked, she pointed to the second cup sitting on the shelf all along — no one even bothered to mention it.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I had already left a tip. I gave them something extra, only to be treated like my time and presence didn’t matter.

Why is my time treated as less important? Was it because I spoke Arabic? I sincerely hope that’s not the case, but the way I was treated makes me question it.

I’ve never experienced such disrespect or carelessness at a coffee shop before. This was not just a mistake — it was a complete disregard for basic customer service.

This is my last visit to any Starbucks, anywhere in the world.

This location is the most convenient for me but I’ll go out of my way to either vineyard or haven just to avoid coming here. They don’t make their drinks well at all.

When I'm out of town. Starbucks always delivers the same quality product wherever I go. I really enjoy the storehouse dietary products they serve with spinach and eggs. All are freshly made and served by friendly, efficient staff

Every time I come here my order is wrong or they don't apply my points to my order. As you can see in the pic I asked for the lavender latte and they gave me the matcha. I didn't even try to return it because they had a line and I was in a hurry.

I have been going to Starbucks for years although I have never been to this location I must say that they have some of the worst customer service everybody in there looks like they are miserable to be at work I’m the only one that walked him yoga morning no smile you have employees on our outside washing windows I look like they are zombies customer service nowadays is hard to find but a simple how are you doing can change somebody’s day your first interaction of the day usually sets the mood for the rest of the day I probably will not be back to this location
