Horrible experience. The customer service was bad, I pre ordered through the app and got there nothing was made. An employee asked me my name then made my drink and I told him I still need the oats I order and the girl who was making the food made 3 or 4 sandwiches then left my ticket sitting there and didn’t help me at all. It was 10 minutes to 6am and no one was in the store and there was 3 cars in the drive thru. I won’t go back here. Seem like most Starbucks have bad customer service. This one included

Customer service was the worst ever. They didn't have the cups for the size I ordered so they put the drinks in bigger cups that were about ¼ empty so honestly it looked like a drank part of the drinks.

I work for amazon, and always drive to this location to get my drinks and also used the rr today I stopped by and ask for the code and the one worker and one client, asked if I was going to buy something I said not at this time... they don't let me used the rr even I told them I was working and with my uniform... new policy you got a buy something to allow you to use it...

I used to come here religiously, I lived two minutes from here growing up came back out to Ontario to get my tires changed and asked to go to the restroom and get a water and got denied the water and the restroom they said was for customers only since when have i not been a customer!? I came here ppevery Friday every Wednesday and at least twice on Sundays for 16 years? Not to mention once I had to finagle my way into the restroom a huge cockroachpwhat was welcoming me as I walked in gross!

Try to go to Starbucks to wash my hands they told me that I have to buy something so I can use the restroom first time ever I have to spend money to wash my hands also in California it is against the law to have someone pay to use a restroom so therefore ask me to break the law so therefore I had to give him money so I can use the restroom people at Starbucks you know the law because of someone who knows the law can soothing

Dirty Starbucks location. Food was up to standard but brewed coffee was not hot... barely warm. I love starbucks so this was a disappointment. Especially since I didn't realize my coffee was cold until I was back on the 60 headed home to AZ! Glad I tipped at the register!

Once again!! The AMAZING training/personalities of your staff, is what the world needs more of, regarding KINDNESS!! Thank you extremely, beyond words, for the service! With the whirlwind of changes, I have been able to relax, feel safe and have the comfort of quality foods(better than what's on the market at some establishments)! Definitely how I want to train and have my staff, regarding my single owner/operator(3 1/2 years and still running the marathon (not sprint)), lawn care business!!

The store manager, Thomas, demonstrates unprofessional behavior, poor customer service skills, and a rude demeanor. I hope Starbucks will consider hiring managers who are better equipped to provide quality customer service in the future.
