The small lady with red hairs is working on the night shift is very disrespectful and she dont know how to talk and she ask pass comment on my race she is like hella rude. Manager should take action against her.

Fraud! Bought a $100 gift card here for my wife and it was already used. They offered NO help and customer service was terrible. Worst part is the card was used in Pasadena which is semi local. My guess is a clerk at this location sells the activated card info to some low life nearby. They need a full audit. Had to claim fraud with my bank. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS HERE!!

**A mixed experience – great space, but painfully loud music**
I stopped by this Starbucks to try their new Summer drinks and I want to start with the good: the location is convenient, and the store itself is spacious with plenty of seating hence why I gave it 3 stars. It’s a great spot to sit down and relax—or at least, it could be.
Unfortunately, the music volume was *incredibly* loud. I could hear it clearly even while in the restroom, which made for a very uncomfortable experience. I politely asked if they could turn it down, but was told the system is preset and can’t be adjusted. At that volume, it honestly felt more like a club or concert than a coffee shop—way too much for a casual visit, and it actually hurt my ears.
Another issue is the drive-thru layout, which interferes with parking in the front. I like being able to keep an eye on my car, but I had to park farther away because of the traffic flow.
This location has a lot going for it, but the extreme volume of the music made it hard to enjoy. If that were addressed, I’d definitely be more likely to return.

I love this Starbucks. It is on my way to work and never overly crowded. I got my spinach feta wrap with a venti iced coffee with cream and sugar free vanilla. I try to do a low carb diet and they certainly have options for me.

It seems every time I come here the barista seems irritated that you’re there. What’s worse is every drink I order seems watered down. When I go to other Starbucks most locations don’t taste this watered down. It also seems as if I ask for extra sweetener or no this or that I get the opposite. I definitely will not return to this location. I’m sure the baristas will be relieved to have one less customer although I never complain about my mediocre drinks.

I thought this place was no longer open. The outside looks very dirty, and gardening has not been done in a very long time. Some weeds on the drive-through are taller than the actual bushes, and others have invaded all the plants. Couldn't drink my coffee, wondering if the inside at least is cleaned. So heartbreaking to see my community Starbucks has downgraded horribly.

A very horrible drive thru experience. A crazy lady took my order with a very bad attitude, probably she was tired of working there. I ordered java chip grande with almond milk. She purposely messed it all up by giving me a plain drink that looked very sloppy and no java chips in it. The drink tasted nasty. I felt quite a bit scared not knowing what she could have been mixing in the drink. Never again will I go through a drive thru again. Life is too precious and it is very important to be safe by knowing that we are aware of exactly what is in the drink. I have drank java chip too many times before to already know what it should taste like. This was a rotten drink that definitely was not fresh. Not going there again. The date of when this occurred was December 17th, 2024 and the time was around 915pm.

Twice in 2 weeks I have had wrong drinks. I took the second one back. Matt was the floor Mgr both times. I understand training new people but his attitude left a lot to be desired. I am a great client and don't appreciate the way I was treated.

I went to this location last night & the service was terrible. There was at least 7 people working behind the counter and they just ignored me for several minutes & didn’t even acknowledge me until one of them decided to take my order. That’s so rude, unprofessional, and extremely poor customer service. Also it’s so dirty inside with trash on the floor inside and at the tables outside. I will not return to this location & would suggest others to do the same.

Starbucks truly needs a culture reboot! The fact we all willingly pay ridiculous prices for coffee and accept horrible customer service is beyond me. No wonder they needed a new CEO. This store was filthy to boot, the wait was extremely long as well. Skip this one!

Compassion, cleanliness and professionalism are the great qualities, this store exemplifies both Thursday/Friday night! All the others days I'm sure that follows just the same but just wanted to give props and definitely will continue the visits ahead!
