Worst Starbucks experience ever. 2 people in line when I got here. The cashier spoke with both customers for 5 mins each without any regard for my order. I’ve been here 20mins for an ice coffee…the place is empty accept for the 2 customers before me. Empty drive thru. Never again.

It’s all about customer service I want to walk in and be greeted with a smile. I’ve been coming here for a while and it’s the worst part of going in and everyone puts no effort into making a customer feel welcome. The sun is beaming outside and no umbrellas for shade just tables. I would choose somewhere else if this store wasn’t convenient for me location wise

The customer service here is always great! The lines can get a bit long in the morning, but it goes by fairly quickly. The batistas are always super friendly, and the drinks are always made correctly.

very inconsistent one day they will give me a requested drink the next they “can’t do that”. food often sold out too. drinks inconsistent as well. worst starbucks in the area by a long shot.

False advertisement of food ask to speak with manager and crew "baristas" claim they are it when asked 2nd tome "merina" said she was and that "chris" was out for two weeks highly doubt starbucks has no managers on duty for two weeks and if they do then thY must be why they are so insensitive. Had a request she laughed and and was just so rude to having to do with my Son that is Autistic don't care to share any more details because in these times when everyone is bringing so much awareness to everything especially AUTISM i finally was able to prove that it is all talk and that a simple request about food that triggers my son The Starbucks employee shrugged her shoulders and had the take it or leave it attitude I knew these tolerante entitled people have when it comes to being empathetic this Starbucks sucks if ypu love somebody with AUTISM PLEASE BOYCOTT THEM!!

9:30 pm and there is a big orange cone blocking the drive thru. Guessing they are closed early. Always pass by this Starbucks and it used to be so busy, now there are barely any cars, seems like the place isn't doing so well, I wonder why...

Wanted to leave a lil quick review because I think these guys/gals went above and beyond today on our order. Daughter (14yrs old) made an online order while we were driving to go back home. She didn't noticed she messed the order up til we got to the store. It was a lil confusing but we explained to the gentleman at the register what our problem was and I wasn't understanding what my daughter was saying to correct. He did. He fixed the order before it came out and understands the language of confusing stressed teen who don't know how to order. I was impressed. Then, my nephew (11) did not like his drink. It was a new drink to him, pink drink, made in a special way he wanted.. He did not like it at all. Trying not to complain he was trying to put it down. I saw his reactions to every sip and suggested we get a new one even if I had to buy another drink. Went back to the counter where a lady received us. We told her the drink was made correct but just didn't sit well with my nephew. She went ahead and made him a totally different drink for no charge. Now my nephew is happy again. They made my confusion easier, straightened out our mobile order, made a new drink after it was already all done and delivered to us. All at no extra charge for our shenanigans. This means a lot to wife and I and will be coming back over and over.. Thanks guy. Update 9/29/23Still awesome guys TY!

I have no complaints with this Starbucks. I've never been inside as I just order through the drive thru. However, the employees have always been pleasant and I'm happy with my drinks. Once again costumers want to be treated like royalty when in reality they need to humble themselves. Get your drink and stfu.
