I’ve given this Starbucks location multiple chances, but the experience has consistently been disappointing. The customer service is some of the worst I’ve encountered staff are rude and seem bothered by simple requests. My drinks often taste watered down, and more than once, they’ve forgotten items from my order, forcing me to come back the next day just to fix it. At this point, I won’t be returning.

Drink was watery and didn’t taste like any other Starbucks I’ve gotten, twice. With 8 pumps of white mocha and half and half….. not too sure how that’s possible.

Giving little stars because management should consider a limit on how many drinks can be ordered in drive thru. The point of drive thru is to be fast, if someone is ordering ordering more than 6 drinks, then it should become a rule to go inside and order or pre order. I was in drive thru for 20 minutes!!! Please put a drink limit order!! Drive thru is for getting things fast and go! Dont let people order 20 drinks in drive thru!

I just don’t know about this location. From the time it opened, which is around 5 years…. it’s always been a stand out and not in a good way.
The staff acts mad and unhappy. You pull up and it all starts with the irritated voice asking you “What can I get you” and many many times they will kep you at the speaker, to delay you there as this helps improve their service speed times. (They will get the order and say okayyyyyyyy one momenttttttttt and juset delay you from leaving. All the while there will be no cars in front. Irritating, and no other stores do this.
Get to the window and they rarely say hello and I never have received a simple THANK YOU.
I have not been here in months…. I drive out of my way to not come here. Well, today proved nothing has changed.
Drive by at night and the building looks dark with minimal lighting. Lights are out and or turned on way past dark.
I’ve personally taken time out of my day to call and complain about the above and they even went as far as saying a district manager will contact me and they didn’t.
I hope you have a better experience than I/we do!

This place is literally the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. It is consistently dirty, all staff has attitude and like to act like they don’t see customers at the counter, and my orders are NEVER right. I ask my man to go get me an iced caramel macchiato, it says iced caramel macchiato on the label, and he’s given a hot macchiato. I ask my MIL to get me a white chocolate mocha, she’s given a regular mocha which is horrid by the way. I ask for the seasonal hot white peppermint mocha which I wait all year for, and I’m given an iced version or a regular mocha. I understand we’re human and make mistakes but 50% of the time I leave (to not bring up drive thru time because I’ve been there) and ofc I always have to come back to get it remade. At this point I avoid this Starbucks as I recommend others do as well. There’s a Pick Up location not even half a mile from this one that has been my go to as they actually get my orders right and they actually look and taste good. Idk what it is about this location, if they use old coffee, or something like that, but the oat milk is always grainy and nasty looking while other locations rarely has that to it. I could go on and on but I’m sure the baristas reading this should probably get off their phones and back to work.

This location is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST in customer service. The store isn't as clean as it seems. And the people behind the counter where only giving out one restroom code like they don't want customers using the other one. Ordered a drink and I understand it was am and mildly busy but the amount of time we waited was obviously longer than it should have been too many people behind the counter doing stocking and the likes if it's that busy then it should have been different. Then after our extended wait names for drinks where never called just sat on the counter and walked away. If this was the last place to go I'd rather pass and go somewhere else. Never again will I ever support this establishment.
