They are regularly out of food items. Like their manager has no clue how to order enough product for their demand. I've ordered from uber eats multiple times and it's always wrong under the excuse they are out of the items I ordered. Most recently they called but since I don't have their menu memorized I just said "send me anything BUT THE EGG WHITES". As I do not like them I was VERY CLEAR that I did not want them as a replacement but in order to cancel the item I'd have to contact uber... which I was trying not to do.... when the order came the replacement was EGG WHITES... still had to contact uber... WHY CALL YOUR CUSTOMER IF YOU AREN'T EVEN GOING TO FOLLOW THEIR DIRECTIONS?!

Went in about 6:40p.. I was a bit sick so I thought I'd have Hot Tea, use the restroom & charge my phone to at least 10% for on the way home. Only 1 other cust. couple sitting down inside.The young gal that helped me with my order...• Did not seem to have Any Cust.Serv. Experience. . .bc No Look in the eyes except at start brieflyI got No 'thank you, enjoy your ***?' as she turned.. I had to "Excuse Me" could I get Sugar Please.?She handed it without words .. I think it was the Look on her spouting face??♀️• I asked to use their public restroom.• she said "No, it's closed"•I saw door open..• She blantingly said.."They're closed bc I'm cleaning them".I asked.. "Really quick"?• "No, I'm cleaning them".(She sure didn't seem in a rush to)• I asked o.k. 'after your done?'• "No, their closed for the night once I clean them".• I asked a diff employee for time = 6:47p and closes @ 8p.That same 1st gal says . " Do you want to WATCH ME CLEAN THEM?".. ??♀️ Like a smarty pants. = Rude with a short smile afterwards.• a family that came in after me.. was denied restroom access as well• = a whole HOUR + 13m while serving food .. there's no restrooms. ??♀️Ya Sucks.• I went to plug in my cell..& No Electricity.. at least out of S.E. socket.• Hardly any seating inside but rm for it.•No.. 'Hello, Welcome to Starbucks!'•No Good Bye's.??♀️ Ya, they Must be just starting out.¿?• &• this location must Only be Licensed owned.. So They are suppose to be identical twins to other Starbucks But are Not quite there yet.?????️????️?• ? I Know The Starbucks on .. 507 N Euclid Ave,Ont..NoW THey HaVe Absolutely Wonderful CusTomer SerVice and A Very Nice Atmosphere.They're Non-judgemental = to they equally Treat All Customers as they're favorite ones. And The Restrooms are Available Until They Actually Close.And this is similar to what they tell you before closing..."I just like to let you know we're closing in 10 minutes.. But you're welcome to sit in our outside seating area if you like"...?? That one so Far .. WiNs 2 Trophies From Me ! Oh & ⭐?⭐?⭐'s ! !This One = due to C/S No Stars Yet. Well 1 just for being a Starbucks !Thank You for Your Time. ??♀️

Nice and clean. Great service, everyone works as a team. Parking is a juggle, as you compete with other businesses customers looking for the same. My advice. .. phone/app/Web etc.. walk in maybe a few min depending on order numbers. Drive thru is also an option.Parking: Depends on time of day. The parking lot is HUGE, but a lot of people like to be door to door. Some like to walk and don't mind parking a few rows over. AM is ok.Kid-friendliness: Despite juggling their job they acknowledge your presence as a customer and welcome you.Wheelchair accessibility: Let's roll brother or sister. I'll push if you ask. Otherwise work them arms!!.

As a Starbucks chain, the Beverage and loaf was just as expected.It's a large Starbucks with plenty of seating and parking. Yet they cater to drive thru more than anything. I waited over 18 minutes for a simple tall frap & loaf. When multiple vehicles were passing on. Note Drive thru is Best. They're probably nicer, being that you only have to see them for seconds instead of minutes.
