I have been going to this location for years due to my job. I love it here they really never disappoint when it comes to my drinks and certain baristas. I have had a few bad experiences but not with the regulars. Some late drinks here and there but for the most part they have been great.

On 10.25.25 at 10:11am on Drawer 1 XXX5594 the large Hispanic girl at the drive thru window was extremely unfriendly and rude. When I asked her if she could throw a cup away for me inside so I could fit my drinks she said no that I was welcome to throw it away after the drive thru. I was like ok fine and then when she gave me my change one of the dollars was ripped and when I asked her if I could get a different dollar she said ā yeah no it is what it is thatās the changeā and Iām like ok. And then I asked if I could have my receipt for my orders because I placed multiple she ignored me and I wasnāt sure if she even heard me until at the end she gave me all three receipts. I had asked for them in the beginning so I could get them handed to me per order so I could keep them separate but she didnāt seem to care and just gave them to me all together at the end, and when handing me the coins she didnāt make sure I had them and they fell . Never had an experience like this before at Starbucks and it honestly does affect your morning and mood when someone hates their job and doesnāt have common courtesy or a way to politely say and do things. This was a multi order and I will be telling my friends to not go to this location anymore at this time of day.

Always quick and makes my order just right. Staff is incredible! Asia and Torii made my day!!! They are such warm and welcoming employees. To top it off Adrian made an amazing drink. Can't ask for better service.

I went this morning me and my wife. Literally 6:30 in the morning, these stupid ass people inside, Iām a truck driver I couldnāt do drive thru. They ignore me !! Request to the management fix ur employees attitude and post the correct hours

Ordered Java chip frapp, paid for extra chocolate chips. Received a Java NO chip crushed iced, water downed frapp. Picture is of a remade drink. First one was worse. Horrible taste. Guarantee no starbucks employee will guess this is a Java chip frapp pictured. I should have asked for a refund.
