I come to this location every Wednesday. The last two weeks the service has been horrible. I always ask for a bagel double toasted with avocado spread last week they gave me cream cheese and this week they gave me cream cheese I don’t understand and most of the time they don’t even toast my bagel. Just make sure you double check your orders from this place.

First time at this location and ordered $26 worth of food for my family. We were the only people in the store and at no given time did any of the employees greet us nor did they have a friendly attitude that Starbucks is known for. My daughter needed to use the bathroom and since a code was needed to gain access we were going to ask for the code but before we could ask for it, a woman who was at the register (never looking up or acknowledging us) started to say random numbers and we thought she was counting coins or something. She said it again and we were all still confused and the third time she said, "the bathroom code: ####". My husband was taken back because he said he was surprised at the bad service that all of the employees gave. We ate and before cleaning up, I walked up to the drink counter to ask for a water and as three employees were there I hoped they would say, "We'll be right with you" or something but no one blinked an eye, looked up or had a friendly smile. So I waited since no one said anything and I was trying to be patient . finally a man asked. As we were leaving I shouted, "Thank you" as I usually do at an establishment and again no one said anything back. I spend at least $200 a month at Starbucks and I usually have great experiences but my experience at this particular location was all bad.

Let me start by the workers I encountered today 11/12/23 @ 1000 were rude. The girl making my drink was rude. And honestly I don’t care be rude but don’t make my drink wrong. On top of that the wait to get my drink was longer than appropriate. Made me late to where I had to be unfortunately. When I told the barista the foam was too watery on my drink she responded with “it does not have water” obviously that is not what I meant by saying my cold foam was too watery. Just know that ONE cup of coffee goes a long way Starbucks.

Definitely not a place to relax. The manager was yelling at the employees while working.. heard all the business things that i dont care to hear. Yelling from one side of the store to other. Had to leave to get away. Very unprofessional. Horrible. Also tell the manager when she's on the cell phone you don't need to talk loudly... service was exceptional, as it always is here. Just don't do business in front of customers. Didnt need to hear all the details about the new transfer and her needs for special hours... thats a private conversation to be had.

Very disappointed, I spent about $50 on a daily basis either on this location or 4th st for a total of 7 to 10 ppl. There is an older, short with white hair very rude and very disrespectful person working on the front. This time I came with my coworker to pick up my order and he order a drink. Unfortunately his customer service was so terrible that made my friend feel discriminated in front of a lot of people.

Bad customer service they get mad when you ask for a custom drink I was a every day. customer One of the girls tampered with my drink they knew who I was, and how I ordered the same drink every day I made a mistake by lashing out on the employees about messing up my drink these drinks aren’t free I pay for these drinks and for them to purposely ruin my drink, just to please themselves made me upset, so I got fed up i stop coming for a week or two came back to get a drink had one of the managers stick her whole body out the drive-through window just to give me a piece of her mind. I told her I didn’t want to talk about it and I was having a great day, but she instead she started to lash out on me, telling me if I don’t like their customer service then I should go somewhere else very disrespectful. I am going to notify corporate. I will never come here again.

I was in that area, I'm not from there, nor will I go back to that one Sbux. I ordered a Frozen Acai lemonade through the drive-thru. 2 minutes later, I got a frozen drink, alright. All the ice was on top & all the syrup was on the bottom. I should've just ordered a snow-cone! I took the 1st sip with a straw & got a sugar rush from all the syrup on the bottom! & it was completely white ice on top! UGH!
