The service was slow and terrible.

The Baristas were not friendly, pleasant or helpful.
I ordered a plain coffee which turned out it was "mildly warm" and not hot.

I waited 15min in a slow line for 1 terrible Barista to serve me a terrible cup of coffee.

Bad customer service . I order coffee almost every day from here. And everyday is same order; cold latte, ice on the side. Today, one guy made my coffee ,it was half of the cup. When I asked why , he said ‘you didn’t want ice in it, you wanted ice on the side.’ What? Is this a cause to make my coffee half ? Anyway after I gave up the ice, he filled the coffee but they were laughing unrespectfuly.

Today I came by and ordered a Trenta strawberry aci lemonade extra ice the service was fast the employees was very friendly and I received my drink in minutes. When I walked away I saw black chunks in my ice what appears to be black mold m. I went back to tell the lady that helped me at register she apologized and made my drink with no ice. I really liked this place but they have mold in the ice is just ridiculous!!

The problems with this location are completely unacceptable. Before I continue, I want to mention that I payed nearly 8 dollars for this drink. I asked for a venti iced matcha latte with LIGHT ice and received a cup full of ice and my drink tasted very watered down and flavorless. There was way too much foam in the drink and the overall ratio of drink to ice, foam, and cup size is terrible. There is no reason that my drink should be gone in about 10 sips.

I came to buy a cinammon coffee, and this rude young lady gave me an attitude for no reason ? and i asked for my coffee, and i asked for a vent cup with water, and she said serve only grande and she gave me the little one, i don’t like cause problem so, i left it like that, i gave them 1 star because i can’t put 0Oh, and this lady doesn’t have a name tag, it was 02/04/2024 at 10:20 am

Nothing in stock. They didn't want to try and make a drink they used the excuse of it being seasonal when other locations had no issues making it last week. Lazy people from the register to whomever does their ordering of supplies and food.

At Starbucks I always order the same coffee, I ordered it at this store and horrible service and the coffee was very bitter, I came back to tell them and they told me that they were fine that way and they couldn't improve it. bad customer

Espere 40 minutos por una bebida, una mujer fue muy grosera ya que le dije que quería mi dinero de regreso y me ignoro y fue a sacar la basura. Todos estaban haciendo mala cara cuando preguntaba por mi bebida. El peor servicio jamás regresaría allí y les diré a toda mi familia que nunca lo hagan también. Si se pudiera 0 estrellas lo haría.

They have the worst customer service ever! There were more than six baristas and they let me wait an hour to get my drink, They were busy talking to each other instead of asking me what I was waiting for. If the store was busy I would not be that mad for waiting, but it was not.
