The employees were kind of cold and neglectful of customers who come inside to order. I understand theres pressure to get to everyone in the drive through as soon as possible but when I needed assistance inside its as if I wasnt even there.

the girl with curly brown hairs have a really bad attitude i ordered online 2 coffees with the same name but she make one and said you are done when i ask for my 2nd coffees she rolled her eyes and show me attitude and when my friend ask for restroom pin number she again rolled eyes and give him pin number in a bad tone.

Honestly, if they doesn’t know how to treat customers, why even come to work? She spoiled my mood for the whole day. Starbucks is supposed to be a place to grab a coffee and enjoy the experience — not deal with rudeness and attitude.

I ordered coffee at 11:49 PM and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered two coffees but only received one. When I asked about it, the staff member (curly hair, around 5 feet tall) was extremely rude. When I requested the restroom code, she again showed a bad attitude. To make things worse, my coffee was handed to me without a lid.
As a paying customer, I expect to receive my full order and be treated with respect. This experience was unacceptable.

The best Starbucks to stop by or get some work done

Today at approximately 3:19 PM, I submitted a mobile order through the Starbucks app and arrived at the store about 4–5 minutes later, as recommended. Upon arrival, I noticed 4–5 cars ahead in the drive-thru, so I joined the line. When I reached the ordering speaker and provided my order details, the employee informed me that I should wait 12 minutes before entering the drive-thru in the future.

I politely explained that I was following the app’s instructions, which state to arrive within 4–7 minutes after placing an order. Instead of acknowledging this, the employee responded by saying he would call the manager.

When the manager, Shelley, arrived, I expected the situation to be clarified or resolved. Unfortunately, it only escalated. Rather than addressing the discrepancy between the app instructions and their policy, Shelley immediately stated that nothing could be done and reiterated the 12-minute wait rule, which I had never heard before. Her tone was dismissive and unhelpful. Without offering a real solution, she offered a refund. I accepted the refund, but when I mentioned that a manager’s role should be to help resolve customer concerns, she responded with, ā€œGet out of my drive-thru.ā€

This level of rudeness and lack of customer care was shocking—especially from a brand like Starbucks, where I’ve always received courteous service. The behavior from both the employee and the manager was unacceptable and not in line with the standard of service I’ve come to expect.

In addition to this review, I’ll be reaching out to Starbucks corporate to ensure this situation is addressed and that the employees involved receive appropriate training. Excellent service should never be optional.

We had a horrible experience here at this location. I ordered through the app.. it said my order would be ready between 4-7min. We proceeded towards drive-tru because there were already 4-vehicles ahead. Once we advised the gentleman we had a mobile order he advised for us to wait 12 minutes before we get in line. Once at the pick up window we advised the gentleman why were we being lectured and the app indicates a different time. He then said he wasn’t lecturing us but wouldn’t stop talking. He said he’d get his store manager Shelley who was just as unprofessional. She was like you need to talk to corporate not me. You want a refund ?!! Ok let me give you a refund. We gave the drink back. She said we were speaking to her very rudely and that was not the case. Her telling us you got your money back get out of here.

This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Everyone greats you with a smile when you come in and it’s friendly. It’s very spacious. It’s super busy. - Altogether great vibe.

The staff at Philadelphia and Grove are amazing!! No matter what shift it is morning afternoon or evening they are all welcoming and they bring positive vibes while serving the amazing menu items that you have to offer!! Most definitely look forward To my visit, while working through school. Thanks a latte!!
