So happy to find GELATO since Frost closed in Victoria Gardens. They have scoops and gelato on a stick, too. Unusual flavors are here as well such as green tea, spumoni, lemon meringue pie, pumpkin pie and more. Drinks...boba...candy...you can't lose.

Bomb. Ube won my heart real fast. Everything else was good (I was sampling everything) but nothing compared to the Ube (IMO) Wish I knew this place was open sooner...Time to bring one to corona!

Almonds are very fresh. I love it. The ube and expresso is really good. I love the ube ice cream. Purple color. The yogurt is different than other places. In here more creamier. There are a variety of different flavors. I reccomend stickhouse. Come back again

My sister and I came here today and were greeted by Gina who was SO nice and professional! She's the best! The gelato was delicious and prices were fair! They have a lot of options to choose from such as popcicles and bars. Great experience!

My friend and I popped into the mall just to shop and stopped at Stickhouse. Nancy and Eric assisted us today and we received the best help and customer service! Would and will definitely come back to this location!!!!!

Went in today around 3:10pm because I was bragging about this place to my family and how this place was amazing ... Not sure what happen 3 months ago. Hispanic lady with long curly hair did not even greet us and looked bothered when we arrived. When my family asked about what a product was she said she did not know what it was. She was was working in the background refilling products and did not acknowledge us once. There were 3 workers walking back and forth and did not ask once what we needed. When I asked for the manager because I was so upset about the poor service .. The girl pointed to the back and after 5 min the manager still did not come out. They lost my service and I will not be coming back. Very unprofessional. Worst service

Wow! Where do I start!! I came here to today because my sister raved about how delicious it was and all with organic ingredients. To my surprise the staff made me feel like I was imposing on the day. It was my first time so of course I was curious, I was asking information about the ice cream and cake etc.. There was a mid aged, Hispanic, gangster looking woman. From the start of "hello"she was already bothered. My boiling point was when I asked what one of the ice cream bars flavor was ? Her response was " I don't know what flavor it is" , we'll if you work here and you don't know who do I ask? She stood silent and never responded to me. I looked at the next customer in line and she looked at me and said OMG she's so rude. I simply left the line and left the store. I never had anyone made me feel so dum and unwelcome before in a business. I truly don't recommend this place to no one. What a horrible experience.

Wish I could give this place a negative star for the lack of customer care alone. My son ordered a large Thai tea with boba like he always does from any establishment that sells boba. Needless to say, he knows what Thai tea should taste like...I was wondering why he wasn't drinking his drink so much and when he finally tells me it's because the taste. When I tasted it I confirmed that it tasted REALLY REALLY BITTER. I brought it up to the staff their and spoke specifically with the "production manager" (who by the way, no one wanted to give names). All they said was "well, no one else has brought it back complaining about it." The staff clearly needed a lesson in customer service 101. They didn't offer to make another one clearly seeing we were dissatisfied with the quality. The production manager went straight to the back (probably to do a taste test on batch of Thai tea). Long story short, when a customer had a valid complaint, a simple apology and solution is offered and the establishment gets an A ++ for service. But unfortunately this was not the case. They offered no solution or apology, as if I'd make stuff up that the Thai tea tasted like crap! Whatever "production manager" was on shift at around 3pm on Sat 4/27, please do your business a favor and train 'em BETTER. I'm not surprised to see that all you other negative reviews are PRIMARILY due to customer service. I hope you're paying attention and resolving what past reviewers are voicing.
